Awesome place - they shuttle you in free via van/tuk tuk/boat/golf cart right to your room & the villa is well equipped with everything you’d want - only thing missing is a gym

We will definitely be back!!! It was the most incredible vacation. The staff was fantastic! Location was central to everything, the beach, village, restaurant, dock. Exceptional transportation and assistance. Food was amazing, restroom clean, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels! Perfect!!!!!

Great location! They welcomed guests with a drink and wet towel that I found very nice.. it’s close to east and west so I think location was convenient… checkout was at 1130 and they called me at 1129 which I found a bit rude but they allowed me to use the pool after my check out which I found very convenient! I will definitely come back

Lovely resort on Railay Beach

Probably the best resort on Railay Beach. Beautiful location. Pool and restaurant are beach front. One negative is that the only beach chairs were at the pool. None of the resorts have umbrellas or chairs for the actual beach, which I suppose is because of the limited space. The restaurant was mediocre, which is the reason for 4 starts. While the free breakfast was pretty good - eggs cooked your own way, variety of hot foods. It is halal. BUT we had to hunt down servers to get our check every afternoon. Food is just ok on regular menu, Thai food much better than the other choices. We had a cute cottage with enclosure. Very cute, but couldn't use jacuzzi because the water seemed to back up into it...

Railay is a great spot for a few days. Great access to west Railay Beach and short stroll to walking path to Phra Nang too. Breakfast options were sufficient - a few Thai dishes, salads, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes or French toast, coffee machines and you can order eggs to your liking. Rooms are a little tired and I had to go buy hair conditioner and body lotion as room only provided a combined shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Mini bar was stoked daily which was great as we had snacks every day so didn’t need to buy anything. Definitely worth checking out Railay if you are there, much more peaceful than Ao Nang.

I loved the privacy of our pool villa but my ONLY issue was that the pool was not heated and was quite cold..even in the hot weather it needed to be warmer. Plus they didn’t have any lamps. The lights were a little weird in the room.

We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help.
