Overall our experience was okay. The location is perfect for the Ao Nang strip. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms were a decent size. The hotel has you get an app that is VERT helpful. You can order room service and you can also request your room to be cleaned. We traveled with a 2 year old and the place is not considered family friendly to us.

Amenities were top notch from kid options, pools right at entry to check out as you come and go to beach or excursions: Restaurant was clean and convenient onsite but many nearby food options that we found much tastier.
