Most everything was perfect and the staff were always super wonderful. A couple minor areas for improvement would be that the air conditioner in our unit did not respond to any thermostat controls so every other hour you were either freezing or baking . which sucked while trying to sleep. Also the food at the resort could deal with a look at ways to improve the quality and selection. BUT over all, we loved walking around the grounds, seeing the reptiles, bats, birds etc. We found the staff to be great. The bed was comfortable. We found the perfect place to spend each and every morning sitting above the beach. It was a wonderful experience and we will likely return to this resort in the future (Our unit was M45 in the back of the property)

The location was great. The restaurant was being rebuilt and the temporary one leaked with all the rain but hopefully this will be remedied when the new one is finished. Our room was facing the smaller pool. The room was ok. Rooms were not cleaned most days til nearly 5pm. If you want chill or have nap. Made it hard because you know they will be coming to clean. We also found the door sign to clean the room later in the week. Not sure if that would have got the room cleaned earlier in the day. We didn't spend much time at the pools. They were very clean. They had bars at them as well. We preffered the beach. Lots of shade with recliners. Bar was close by with the restaurant. If your ordering food it takes a while to come. The beers and sodas were not to cold. They use the same fridge for everything so it is opening a lot. A seperate fridge for the beer would fix that. The breakfast had lots of options.Very satisfied with the selection. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Overall Krabi Resort gave us everything we needed. Very quiet. Outside the Resort are lots if food options not far away and shopping.

The resort is amazing! Close to all the bars and restaurants and nightlife Ao Nang has to offer, yet far enough away (set back from the main road) that it’s peaceful. The private beach is a huge bonus as the beach line gets quite busy there. The breakfast buffet was great! The rooms were wonderful and clean. Excellent resort with a great price!
