Our stay was fantastic! The whole hotel is stunning, particularly the pools and the grounds generally, and location right on the beach is perfect with shops and restaurants really nearby too. Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel experience, especially for the cost.

Here’s the updated review with that added: Everything was great overall. The resort and the surrounding area are fantastic, and the staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The only downside was the room: it felt quite worn out and outdated, and you can tell the resort has been around for a long time. That said, despite this one issue, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed our time there.

This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy. Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one. There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. Overall this was a great place to stay.
