Location was A+ and room was big and had a nice view of the ocean(we were on 5th floor). The problem is it was the noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The a/c sounded like a jet engine, the balcony door was loose so it rattled loudly with any wind, and finally worse of all the hotel is surrounded by bars that play loud music until 1pm every night. The hotel even has a sign at the front desk saying don’t complain to them about the music because they don’t own the bars(picture of sign attached). So if you are looking to go to the beach all day and party every night this would absolutely be the perfect hotel for you because it is right on the beach and right in the thick of all the action. Unfortunately we are older retired people and no where did it state about the noise before we checked in.

Great stay

Amazing stay with excellent views of the sea. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was magnificent and also had excellent views. The hotel is easy ealking distanve to Ao Nang beach and the shopping stalls.

Million dollar views from the top

Great experience staying at this hotel. I highly recommend paying a little extra and getting the top room with the 180 views of Krabi, it was so worth it. Million dollar views and absolutely breathtaking!

Great!

Excellent location! Clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows. Not a good location if you’re looking for a quiet night sleep without ear plugs. We’d definitely stay here again because of beach access down the street and location to food. The pool needs maintenance and direct access to the beach from the property isn’t easy so we accessed it down the street.

Was a Fanatic Place to Stay, Staff very helpful and friendly, very clean, big Pool, Beach entry from hotel, close to everything you need, Quiet rooms, awesome view of the beach from the balcony, not sure of in house dinning as we ate out every night, I reckon it would have been awesome food, cannot fault this place and would be happy to bring my family back here to stay, Elephant Safari bookings at the entry of hotel, which we did and was AMAZING- Mud bathing with the elephants is a must (NO RIDING if your into that) 10 out of 10 for us on this hotel. AMAZING PLACE

We stayed 3 night in a room that is right next to the stairs/elevators and facing the Full Moon Bar. The cons: Hardly had any quiet time. Woken up every morning by people talking as they waited for the elevator and the loud music from the bar started around 8pm every night until about 1am. The balcony looked disgusting and falling apart. There were sticky stains on the headboard and randomly through the room. The pool is not maintained. Pros: Sheets (though stained in many places) appeared clean. Back of property lead right to the beach so quick and easy access. 7-eleven next door so didn’t need to go far if we needed anything.

Hotel staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Room was great, the view over the sea was lush, however not everyone will get that view. It's quite built up around the building. VERY noisy, nightclub literally next door, thudding and vibration felt rhrou6the walls between 10pm to 1am. Day time peaceful, breakfast decent. They need more loungers around the pool, some broken ones so couldn't really sit out there which was a shame.

Leaky ceiling

The sea view from our balcony was lovely. However, the noise from next door, backpacker/ night club was extremely loud and went all night, every night. Bathroom ceiling had obviously leaked and an attempt to repair it had failed, by our 4th day it was leaking all over our toilet and the room was unusable. We had to move from our seaview room to an interior room with no view. No compensation or discount was offered just an apology.

If location is everything then life at this place is perfect. However here’s our experience. Lady at the front desk is rude and should not be in charge of checking anyone in! We ran out of water in the first 30 mins (2 small bottles) and her response was that perhaps we should go buy some water if we plan on drinking it so fast.? It was 35 degrees outside?!!! Although the add said free water for the stay she tried to change it to 2 free small bottles a day and then charge us for any others until we filed the complaint then water was perfectly ok and allowed? You’d imagine how happy she was to see us the next day when we had to have them come and address the ant issue that had over taken the bathroom in our room!:( I will tell you that the view we had from the deck of the new room was as beautiful as things get but at this point my wife had already had hundreds of ants in the bathroom so her stay was uncomfortable in general:( The Krabi area is full of a ton of awesome shops and great vendors! Lots of food options around the hotel:) It was a perfect answer for the crazy aggressive and crap time you now get in Phuket!

Very poor experience with hotel Food was very unhygienic with flies hovering over cut fruits and jam. I have never seen such high rating hotel with least hygiene within room and breakfast area. They charged extra for my kid and did not provide extra towels or water hotel. ABOVE ALL, somebody stole my money to taking to be 4000 THB and 200 USD cash enclosed in a blue envelope which has receipt for currency as well, from my room around evening on last night of stay and they are refusing to show CCTV. I need full refund on this stay, because I did not only have poor experience from property perspective but also cash theft of heft amount! Expedia Customer care team, please send me. Way to contact you as I am not able to reach out through call or chat.
