Best hotel in Thailand so far. Room was spacious and modern with a lovely balcony. Plenty of places to lounge in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast had a wide range of both Thai and western options. Pool was a highlight with happy hour and plenty of loungers.

Very good value

Very good value for money. Beautiful rooms, maybe the nicest I have seen in Krabi/Phuket. Nice and positive service. Pool area is small but you would expect that in Railay. Tip visit the Phra Nang Beach early in the morning before the crowds

It’s one of the nicer resorts at Railay beach. The area is great and this place was really quiet even though Krabi is busy. This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be back.

Great place to spend your vacation!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly big and comfortable. We had an amazing bath (with the size of a pool) and a large balcony. The staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect (especially the employee Free who was all around the place and took care of everything - from great cocktails at the pool to save us a specific table for dinner at the restaurant). The hotel is right next to the boats pier which is a nice benefit. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and had a nice variety to choose from. Definitely recommend and will come back next time.

I really liked this property. It’s well located in Railay, chill and quiet, but walkable to bars and restaurants and amazing beaches. The rooms are very clean and large. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk I received was very poor. Before I arrived, I emailed requesting the private transportation service to the hotel. I’m a solo female travelling from Singapore for work, and I had a lot of luggage I wanted help with. Based on what I had read, I was willing to pay for the convenience of having transport coordinated by the hotel. After 2 attempts of them sending me a credit card link that kept expiring and not working, they told me it was now too late to use the private service and I would have to find my own taxi and long boat. They told me to message with the long boat number when I was on my way, so I could get help with my bags. I got my own Grab at the airport, then purchased a ticket for the long boat, and once I was on it, I emailed to say I was on my way and leaving Ao Nam Mao pier (about 20 mins away from the hotel) I was already on the boat and could not see a boat number. I arrived and nobody was there. On two occasions I asked for transport/tour help and the front desk offered incorrect information. Now when you check in, the hotel does not take a credit card for incidentals in advance. When I checked out at 6am, nobody was there to help me, and so I left and had to provide payment via a link afterwards. Again, with no luggage or transport assistance.

We loved our stay here! The swim up bar really added to the property and the barmen were so kind, helpful and friendly! The hotel is situated in a really perfect location, right between two beautiful beaches and the bars/restaurant. The food was great, the bed was extremely comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Would stay again and recommend friends. Tip; the hotel is very close to the pier on the east side, so recommend getting a long boat to the east pier :)

The property is in the east side, better to take a boat at ao among pier. It’s easy to get there and close to the west side. If you leave the hotel and go right, you’ll find at the end a path to get to the most beautiful beach in the island.

Beautiful resort on East Railay

We loved staying here! There were monkeys in the trees (they tell you to keep your door closed at all times for that reason) and the pool was very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Even though East Railay Beach is not as pretty as West Railay, it's only a short walk to the west side, and this hotel is right next to the East Railay pier, making it a convenient way to come by boat without having to carry your luggage over water. The staff was very nice and accomodating. I definitely recommend checking this hotel out if you want to stay at Railay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bhu Nga Thani! We visited for 5 nights for our honeymoon, and we had the pool villa. The villa was very clean and we loved using the private pool in the mornings and evenings. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet here - it was our favourite of all the places we stayed in Thailand. My husband really liked the restaurant for dinner and room service as well. The pool area has a beautiful view, and we loved happy hour (we took advantage of it a bit too much!). Be cautious of the monkeys wandering the resort during the day. As Free put it, they’re very cheeky! From our experience though, they did not seem aggressive. It was fun to watch them wander around. Above all, the staff and service at this resort was exceptional and so friendly. Thank you especially to Free and Boy for the drinks at the pool bar! We enjoyed our conversations with Free too. Highly recommend this resort :)

Favorite room of our trip! Loved the outdoor shower and the room was huge. Property was very easy to get to once off the ferry. Good breakfast. Monkeys, monkeys and more monkeys. So much fun to see the monkeys. We never had any problems just stay at a distance. Look for the black and gold monkeys in the trees of the mangroves. Location was perfect and not to far from shopping, food and the main beaches. Loved this area!
