Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Not worth paying above 500 Rs.

While checking the room comfort thru expedia, it has been clearly mentioned it's Air conditioned executive double rooms for Rs. 1059 inclusive of all taxes. But hotel Receptionist and the owner not accepting the facts and they were only ready to provide non ac rooms with this amount. Herculean task about convincing them. Ask to pay rest amount while check out i.e., 1400 Rs. Extremely poor quality facilities and services. One thing is , its very close to Thirunakkara temple and having better car parking spaces. Will recommend to any families. Please look for some better options.
