Value for money but beware of stairs haha

The room is nice. Just a nice size for a couple with one child. The only thing you need to bear is the way to your room. The stairs and elevator is outside the lobby. It was quite hard for first timer but eventually you will get used to it. There is a mamak stall just in front of the lobby. Very convenient. Overall, a satisfying stay i must say.

Overall it was not bad except tat wen it rains there's no shade or umbrella service for us to get in n out of car/taxi. By the time we r inside d taxi, our shoes n clothes r wet.

Comfortable but...

Stay here for 1 night Pros : 1. Strategic location, near to city center 2. Clean room with carpet on it 3. Comfortable bed 4. Small but clean bathroom 5. Double layer security. Only hotel guest with room access card can enter the first door after you came out from the lift and second door which ofcourse your room Conts : 1. The door really need maintainance! To Management, please look into this 2. From the lobby, you had to use the staircase next door which would lead to the lift then your room 3. Not convenience to those who need to park your car as there is a very limited parking spaces reserved for hotel guest

Just nice in the heart of kk city

Quite smooth during check in but I found staff joking around with themselves (3 of them). Arrived hotel and freaked out seing 3 visible yellow spots on the bed sheet. Overall, just nice hotel with a good security n quiet.

When I booked this room it stated free parking but when I reached the hotel it was a first come first served of six parking spaces only. It was a let-down and I have to drive to the next block to park my car costing me RM20.00 Beware of pick-pocket, 1 person will push u and another person will try to be helpful by holding u while another will take the wallet from the back pocket of my husband when he was walking from hotel room to car park. It happen very fast. Cupboard sliding door can come off and bathroom sliding door nearly came off!!!

Nice place to stay.

Very comfort place to stay, very near to any shopping centre, we dont have to use taxi at all..the only thing was, the room we had was at level 5. We have problem with the room keys most at the time but still i would love to come again.

Celyn Hotel - value for money !

It was pleasant enough as I took a more comfortable larger room that had a proper work space. The attached mall was very convenient to pop in and out for food and groceries. There are a number of eateries with varying types of menus and prices that would suit an international traveller. The accommodation was no-frills, basic and comfortable at a very reasonable rate. The city is a short cab ride away. The front desk can also arrange for private cabbies with newer cars and English-speaking drivers.
