Only use this hotel if it's the last in town

Terrible Hotel, dirty old and disgusting. Would never stay there again. The rooms were filthy from the carpets to the rotten doors and broken plaster. The bathroom was filthy with what looked like permanent stains on the sink and toilets. Location was OK, quite near to all tourist places, although theres not much to do in Kota Bharu.
