Excellent hotel. It is a family oriented hotel so a lot of children and the buffet gets busy. There were only two of us and my daughter is 17. You can only use the 'adult only' pool from 18 so we were a bit stuck in limbo. We used the spa a lot which was excellent for massage and facial - lovely staff and lovely location however don't have a manicure (not the same standard as UK). The setting is beautiful (we had a lovely bure) and the kids we saw all seemed to having a great time. Lots of activities put on for them. Go to the frog race...it's a hoot! Food for excellent with good choices from buffet, mid range and more up market. Also strong Wifi.

We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. Thank you so much Outrigger for such an amazing and unforgettable experience.

This is the third time we have stayed at The Outrigger Fiji. It is just lovely! The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. If you have children, they will be entertained for hours and if you do not have children there is the adults only pool area plus the layout of the grounds, restaurants etc are such that you do not feel on top of each other and certainly have your own space!

I got the Bungalow with private pool and Butler service. There are no words to describe how amazing this place was. Well worth every $ spent. By the second day the whole staff knew us by name and said Bula everytime we met. The bungalow was very roomy and the pool clean. The resort has a wonderful landscaping with flowers in bloom all over. The buggy rides to places on the resort were very helpful being I had a bad ankle. If you go make sure you book a spa treatment. The place is outstanding. I think we might have been there at the wrong time , I was disappointed in the fruit selection. The IVI sea food place was the best ever. The crab cakes with the sauce was out of this world. I was very sad to leave. Very clean, friendly,peaceful and beautiful. There was even an adult pool and bar and restaurant.

The service was great, welcoming drinks on arrival, complementary drinks and appetisers delivered to the room every afternoon. Staff are friendly and nice. Really nice property with great amenities however, could have built a bigger car park to accommodate for all guests. Food is a bit pricey but good. Overall was pleased with my stay
