Excellent choice.

The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The area was close to the main street and within walking distance to shops and malls. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d choose the same place if I were to visit Palau again.

The property claimed it was a bed and breakfast, but it was a dorm type of living. I arrived at night and all I saw were single men outside at the gazebo. I was traveling with my family for an emergency death in the family and this did not feel like a safe space for me, my family, or my belongings. I decided to go to Palaysia for $30 more than this price. Do not stay here unless you are single and leave no valuable items in your room!

部屋もトイレもシャワーも基本的に清潔です。シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ます。WiFiも使えます。 ただ、オーナーは1日に1回、朝5分くらい来る程度で、あとは不在。他には、夕方4～6時に清掃のスタッフが来るだけです。それ以外の時間帯は夜も含めスタッフがいません。 昼も夜も、ドアをロックするなどのセキュリティは宿泊客に丸投げされており、宿に戻ったら敷地へのゲートが全開だったり、建物へのドアが開いていたことがありました。チェックインしたときに私の部屋の窓が開いていて、カーテンがかかっていて気づかず開けたままになっていたら、カギがなくて入れない他の宿泊客が外から頭を突っ込んできてギョッとしました。 全体的に掃除はしっかりされていますが、部屋の中のゴミ箱にゴミがたくさん残っていました。ドアも壁も薄いので、他に宿泊客がいると話し声がうるさく感じます。 私は朝食なしプランでしたが、朝食ありプランで予約して払ったのに宿では朝食がでない、欲しければ750mも離れた店に行かねばならないということで、不満を言っている宿泊者が複数組いました。 オフシーズンで完全に自分しかいなければ、1軒家を1部屋分の値段で借りたように感じられるかもしれません。

Visited property with my son for a diving trip.This is a beautiful house located on a quiet road. Rooms are spacious with a/c. Large sitting area in living room and outside the house. Breakfast is adequate with organic papaya and banana milk shake as highlight. In all, real,value for money for the price.

夜、絶対に歩いて宿まで帰ってはいけません。 それを除けばコロールで一番コスパのよい宿です。 独立したシャワー・トイレが屋内に1箇所、 屋外（塀で囲われた庭の中）に2箇所あるので 昼間のアクティビティから帰って並ばずに すぐにシャワーを使うことができます。 もちろんホットシャワー。部屋にはエアコン有り。 併設のキッチンには、まな板、包丁、ボウル、 カトラリー、電子レンジ、電気コンロがあります。 共用の冷蔵庫もあり、自炊も可能です。 シーツ交換は滞在中なしですが、 清掃スタッフが毎日キッチンなど掃除してくれます。 オーナー（エディー）も毎日来てくれるので 困ったことがあれば相談できます。 （会話は英語です） ただひとつ。いくらパラオは安全とはいえ 海外は海外です。 WTCTからは徒歩5分ですが、 日が暮れたあとは、絶対に絶対に歩かないで タクシーを使ってください。 レンタル自転車も夜はダメ。 パラオホテルやパレイシアのある大通りと 同列に考えないでください。 （昼間は歩いても全く問題ありません） 空港へのお迎え・お送りは2つあわせて 車1台につき25ドルでした。 洗濯機はありません。（2019/12時点）

Good choice for the price

Great location in residential quiet neighborhood within blocks of grocery store, pharmacy, ATM, and national museum. Staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful. Especial kudos to Manuel for his friendliness and helpfulness. I didn't understand when booking this that bathroom and shower is shared. Both the full-sized shared kitchen and the bathroom are well stocked. Wi-fi had excellent reception. Do-it-yourself breakfast with lots of options including smoothies from homegrown frozen fruit. We were allowed no-questions to stay until our flight out in the late afternoon. Room itself was very basic - more like a hostel with private rooms.

This property fit our needs just perfectly, having a kitchen was high on our list as we are plant based eaters, so eating out all the time is really hard. An added plus was the leftover food from previous guests. And for a modest charge they even took our friend to the airport even thou he stayed at another hotel. Loved the firm bed too. Also only a 15 minute walk to downtown.
