terrible place

We felt so unsafe that we left the place in the middle of the night and found another hotel to spend the night at. the hotel writes that there is a 24-hour reception - this is not true.

Hotellet har potential men det Àr alldeles för mörkt, slitet pÄ sina hÄll, dyster belysning och knappt nÄgon personal. Det fanns en del att vÀlja pÄ vid frukosten och den dög för mig.

Mycket mycket trög vattenavstÀngning i handfat.

HuvudingÄngen till hotellet fungerade inte under tiden som hotellet var stÀngd. Jag blev "inlÄst". Visste sedan tidigare boende att det finns tvÄ in- utgÄngar. Gick till den andra utgÄngen och kunde lÀmna hotellet. Informerade receptionen om detta och nÀsta dag fungerade det.

Inchecknig gick bra, men ingen information om att det inte gick att fÄ mat i restaurangen, ingen information om att kod behövdes för att komma in pÄ hotellet, blev utestÀngda... Nonchalans i receptionen. Frukost under all kritik, var ner i restaurangen 07,30 och fick smörgÄs med skinka och ost, allt som fans. Inget hotell jag Äterkommer till eller kan rekommendera.

MĂ„ste vara ett av de sĂ€msta hotell jag nĂ„gonsin bott pĂ„. Rummen kĂ€nns som 70-tal dĂ€r enda uppgraderingen Ă€r en platt-tv pĂ„ vĂ€ggen. MĂ„lad tegelvĂ€gg inne i rummet, blandaren i badrummet var av samma modell jag vĂ€xte upp med pĂ„ 70-talet. Fogarna i duschen var spruckna och flertalet borrhĂ„l i kakel dĂ€r det saknades silikon. Fanns bara ett badlakan till dubbelrummet. Gick till receptionen för att fĂ„ ett till. Fick vĂ€nda tillbaka med ”titta i skĂ„pet under skrivbordet. DĂ€r kan det finnas”. Frukosten var den sĂ€msta nĂ„gonsin pĂ„ hotell i Sverige. Att bara slĂ€nga fram en rostbrödspĂ„se och ha 2-3 olika pĂ„lĂ€gg andas knappt ens motell. Juice odrickbar, Ă€ggröran var rinnig. Jag förstĂ„r att hotell haft det svĂ„rt under pandemin. Men klarar man inte att leverera bĂ€ttre Ă€n sĂ„ hĂ€r kanske man bör stĂ€nga hotellet. Min frĂ„ga blir hur Best Western tillĂ„ter sĂ„ hĂ€r undermĂ„liga hotell vara med i kedjan.

Det hĂ€r hotellet kan jag verkligen inte rekommendera! UrtrĂ„kigt lĂ€ge vid idrottshallar och industriomrĂ„de, inredning och standard Ă€r 70-tal. Badrummet sjukhusstandard. DĂ„ hjĂ€lper det inte att man kallar det ”superior” för att det stĂ„r hĂ€stens sĂ€ngar i rummet och tar bra betalt. HĂ€r behövs en insats: renovera eller demolera!

The Hotel e looked a bit shabby and worn down in the halls and reception but I was surprise that the room was actually very nice! Breakfast was ok for Scandinavian hotels (normally better than most). Tmin walking to the City center. A bit much noise since it is situated in the middle of two gas station where they did "dragracing" every night.
