Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel enttäuscht. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer und das Badezimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden waren. Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Bett offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen war, was für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel ist und einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Zusätzlich befand sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle, wodurch es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr laut war. Die ständige Lärmbelastung hat die Erholung erheblich beeinträchtigt. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir lediglich die Mitarbeiter, die stets freundlich, höflich und bemüht waren. Das Personal hat sich trotz der Mängel sehr professionell verhalten. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch überhaupt nicht. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort erwartet. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen werden wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und würden auch selbst nicht erneut dort übernachten.
