First, the Pearly location is amazing, across from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming.

This is my 4 stay at this hotel, always spotlessly clean , plenty of hot water.the staff recognised me and are always polite and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and hot with a great variety. The restaurant gives 10% discount for people staying at the hotel. We love the food there and the cocktails are amazing. Looking forward to the next stay there. There is plenty of parking at the hotel but the area could do with clearing and cleaning up.

Overall, my experience at Pearly hotel was good. I liked the affordability of the hotel as well as it's affiliated restaurant. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. I like that the hotel was located walking distance to the sea and that my room had a partial view of the sea. I also liked being able to enjoy the view of the sea from the hallway as it had wide picture windows for viewing. I liked that the hotel had a modern design and was very beautiful. The cleanliness of the hotel room needed improvement. The bathroom needed better cleaning, particularly the shower. And also the sliding door to the shower was broken. Besides that, overall I did enjoy my stay at Pearly and would rebook there if I had a future trip.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again

The hotel is at a very convenient place, easy for walking around famous Konyaaltı Beach with many cafes around. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. It was ideal for couples and families with children. The breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend the place for the tourists who are looking for a clean and cost effective hotel to stay.

On arrival we were met by a very unhelpful young male receptionist . The next day there was a lovely female who couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful . While the location was excellent , beach across the road , nothing else measured up for us . The bathroom needed a good anti mould all around the grouting . The toilet seat was cracked and stained :( The linen was shocking , the towels were so thread bare . We were woken 2 nights out of our 3 with other guests speaking very loudly until 2am ! The breakfast didn’t open until 7.30am, not good for travellers requiring early breakfast .

The hotel is well located on right on the sea front just across the road from Konyaalti beach. There are shops and restaurants close by within walking distance. It is a farly smallhotel with good facilities.

Good value Spa Hotel

Great place. Spa was a real plus - open 11am to 9pm (hamam, steam room, sauna.) Buffet breakfast - quality food and lots of choices. Ask for a thermos so you can pour your own tea refills. Near beach for nice walks. Great value for off season.
