Good Design Poor Service

Stylishly designed boutique hotel. As a couple, we especially try to prefer boutique businesses. The owner has made a beautiful design for this hotel, the elegance of the rooms is at the forefront, but there are serious problems in the field of service. The most important difference of boutique hotel is friendly service and warmth. But unfortunately there was not. There were hygiene problems in the bathroom. Finally, breakfast was below expectations. A successful hotel in terms of investment, weak in terms of operation.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist top – man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
