staff is ok, friendly, location easy to find, but bed and duvet was dirty and smelly, room was very poor condition, shower broken, the most terrible thing is wife got bed bug bitten everywhere on the arm and back during the stay, more than 30 bite in 4 hours...do not stay!

Este hotel está, sucio, mal tenido y una mala condición.No fui capaz de quedarme allí, fui a buscar otro hotel This hotel is dirty, poorly maintained and in poor condition. I wasn't able to stay there, I went to look for another hotel.

Very dirty, bad smell, there was mold everywhere. The walls were covered with wallpaper to hide the poor condition of the structure, but you could still see the mold and above all smell the excessively bad smell

The hotel is soooo dirty, there is no room service at all, no cabinet or kettle or even plastic cups in the room… no water bottle. The fridge is not working, so is the telephone. There is only one electric switch in a room that must accommodate two persons!!! Dust and dirt are covering everything, the bathroom is disgusting…The room was really stinking, the smell is horrible, I asked them to change bedsheets and the coverlet, they didn’t respond immediately, they claimed they don’t have another key for the room.. unbelievable!!! This hotel should be removed from any rating list. I don’t recommend anyone to go there, the only good thing about it is its central location.. By the way, the breakfast is sooo poor.. moreover I have seem in my own eyes how cockroaches are roaming over the dish washing machine.. Hotels.com should never recommend such a place to anyone, they need to clean their place first before receiving any guest.

Internet den indirimli bir Otel buldum. Fakat o kötü bir durumda idi. Fotograf çektim. Banyo dolabı kırık. Buzdolabı eski ve kirli. Sağ pencerenin jaluzi bizuk du. Banyo temiz değildi. Nevresim kirli idi. Havlular eski ve çok yıpranmış. Kahvaltı çok az seçenekleri vardı. Duvar kağıtları yırtık...banyo da havlu asılacak yer yok, sadece bir kitli bir raf

Çok vasat bir otel. Odalar küf kokuyor. Sigara içiliyor otelin içinde ve heryer sigara kokuyor. Odalar çok küçük ve resimlerdeki gibi şık temiz değil. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Tek iyi yanı Mevlana'ya yürüme mesafesinde olması.
