I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely organized, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. Two receptionists made comments about me in Turkish, apparently assuming that I would not understand them. As someone who does understand the language, I found their remarks disrespectful and discriminatory. Every guest deserves to be treated with kindness and professionalism, regardless of their background. I hope management addresses this issue, because the hotel itself has great potential and the accommodations were otherwise pleasant.

oda büyük ve temizdi, ama lobisi olmayan bir salondu. kahvaltısını da beğenmedim. 4 kişi kaşmakta ısrar etmeyip 2 oda lobbyli gerçek bir otelden yer aysrlasak daha iyiymiş, recepsiyondan sonra alışveriş merkezi gb açık bir kotidordan asansöre gidip, üstteki odalara ulaşılıyor. apart gb yapsalar belki daha iyi olurmuş
