Great location, right next to train station & old town Konstanz with plenty of places to eat. The staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable too.

Great location, very accommodating staff. The hotel is currently under renovation, and the new rooms look great, but the hotel itself seems like a construction site, so they may want to warn the guests when they make a reservation. It will be great once the renovation is complete.

Amazing stay in Konstanz

Located right outside Konstanz train station, it was easy to reach on arrival and depart after exploring Konstanz. Hosts were very nice. Were upgraded to a room with Mountain View and the sea. Very clean hotel, with lifts available to reach all floors. Check-in was done smoothly. Heating and hot water available. Aesthetic room with super comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly come back.

Diagonally across the street from train station. McDonalds is in building hotel entrance is down the side street about 15 meters from the McDonalds entrance.

Guesthouse in best location

It’s a nice guesthouse yet the internet was not that good and therefore the price was quite high (but the price level is high in the city anyways). Breakfast choice was sufficient and tasty. Area is good to explore the city and to take ferry’s around the area. Room was quite specious but the tv a little small.

Staff was most accommodating and friendly. Photo of hotel doesn’t show the McDonald’s on first floor of hotel although we were never bothered by odors of food. Sometimes it was noisy and they supplied us with earplugs. Poor internet connection. Room and bathroom were large and clean.

DO NOT stay here for the foreseeable future! There is major construction both inside and outside the hotel. The main entrance is blocked and closed.  Use the side door, but it is blocked by construction vehicles and littered with construction debris, dog feces and cigarette butt's. The entire ground and first floor is gutted, debris is everywhere.  The construction noise starts at 7 am and goes until 4-5 pm. Sleeping in is not possible.  No breakfast is possible.  Rooms only available in upper floors, but the lift is reserved for construction personnel only. All the floors and stairs in the hotel have not been cleaned for weeks, perhaps months. The hotel will NOT tell you any of this until your reservation is beyond the cancelation point, very sneaky of them!

Conventiently located near train station.

Located across the road from main train station made it a very short walk after our arrival. The room was spacious although a bit dated. It had a large bathroom with a large shower area that was formed with an extra large shower curtain. Our room was located above a popular fast food outlet which meant people outside late at night with consequental noise. Drinks could be purchased from the reception which was convenient. The breakfast was ample and was set in a very pleasant room with outside terrace. There were numerous cafes close by as well as a large shopping centre at the end of the street. Staff were very friendly and obliging when it came to requests.

The towel rack made from stainless over the left side of the toilet bowel is dangerous. I hurt my head. it is not really needed, reduce it or take it away. the minimum is protect the sharp angle with a rubber cushing. I almost always risked to hurt my self and did it once. I am 180cm. the rack is set at about 175cm

Sehr zentrales Gästehaus am Bahnhof/See/Altstadt. Ich war im Kurzurlaub für 2 Übernachtungen dort. Es lief alles reibungslos, Check in wie Check out. Mein Gepäck konnte ich bis Mittags stehen lassen, alles kein Problem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war sauber und ordentlich. Etwas hellhörig - aber dennoch empfehlenswert, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen in ein paar Minuten. Nette Restaurants und Bars, es lohnt sich, nach Konstanz zu kommen. Das Gästehaus Centro ist da eine gute Wahl für Gäste, die nicht unbedingt in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel Urlaub machen können. Eine Empfehlung von mir.

Large top floor room with views of lake! Hotel directly across from train station, very convenient! We were there during a Harbour festival so was loud with windows open, but the band was great 😉! Great location for exploring Konstanz, tons of places to shop and eat and drink! Above a McDonald's so....late night snacking made easy! Front desk only avaliable until 9pm. They do have self check in for later than those hours.
