We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

千万别踩坑，这家住宿态度差，糟糕透了，是我住过的最差的酒店！千万不要踩坑！超级差！安排房间有歧视，我们亚洲人不要入住这个酒店！听劝！Avoid this place at all costs. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and the overall experience was absolutely awful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. L’attitude du personnel était déplorable et l’expérience globale a été vraiment catastrophique. C’est le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais séjourné ! La manière dont les chambres ont été attribuées m’a donné le sentiment d’avoir subi une discrimination. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel aux voyageurs asiatiques. Prenez cet avertissement au sérieux et ne faites pas la même erreur. Une expérience extrêmement décevante ! Meiden Sie diese Unterkunft unbedingt. Falsche angaben in der Beschreibung

In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben Zimmer mit Balkon. Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Terrasse oder Balkon. Wir haben nicht reklamiert, haben das Zimmer behalten. Nachts wurde es extrem heiss, im Zimmer war kein Klima. Nur zwei kleine Fenster, selbst mit geöffneten Fenster kam keine Luft rein. Und das Lärm vom naheliegenden Bahnhof hat das schlafen unmöglich gemacht. Sauna wurde um 20.00 geschlossen. Wir haben das beim Check-Out mitgeteilt, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen für den Fehler wurde uns geraten das richtige Zimmer zu reservieren das nächste mal. Schade, es wird kein nächstes mal geben.
