Falsche angaben in der Beschreibung

In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben Zimmer mit Balkon. Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Terrasse oder Balkon. Wir haben nicht reklamiert, haben das Zimmer behalten. Nachts wurde es extrem heiss, im Zimmer war kein Klima. Nur zwei kleine Fenster, selbst mit geöffneten Fenster kam keine Luft rein. Und das Lärm vom naheliegenden Bahnhof hat das schlafen unmöglich gemacht. Sauna wurde um 20.00 geschlossen. Wir haben das beim Check-Out mitgeteilt, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen für den Fehler wurde uns geraten das richtige Zimmer zu reservieren das nächste mal. Schade, es wird kein nächstes mal geben.

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund des ersten Bildes ausgewählt, ein repräsentatives Anwesen im Park. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im „Nordflügel“. Das war ein nüchterner Anbau aus sichtbeton und stahl, in der Ausführung und Einrichtung einfachst gehalten. Dem Architekten hätte ich die Rechnung nicht bezahlt.

It‘s an event location. First, the nice outdoor spots were all blocked for a wedding and then a business event. Dinner was ok, but kitchen staff clearly overwhelmed by all the events going on plus serving hotel guests. Staff was very nice and friendly. But don’t go there for a romantic weekend. Rooms are high-priced, Spa nothing special. Rooms are renovated, our bathroom not however. Worst: We heard party music from the wedding until almost 2am in our garden-view room. In a drawer there were 2 packs of earplugs and a note that said, In case you hear ghosts roaming around in the castle. We‘ll, the humor was lost on me since we spent a lot of money there (dinner too). Sorry, that‘s a no go for such an establishment.
