Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff.

Upon arrival the outside of the property looked clean and well maintained although, there was a construction dumpster in the parking lot. The check in process was quick and easy; the staff was welcoming and friendly. As we walked to our room, we noticed a strong musty odor in the hallway; however, the room itself did not have any unpleasant smell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and for the price, we felt the hotel offered a good value. It was also close to the downtown Kokomo area which we enjoyed while in town.

Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one night.

The staff were wonderful. The room we stayed in was just remodeled and I believe that we were the first ones to stay in it. A lot of the motel is still under renovation, so it is messy from the work, but the new rooms are great. Only complaint is the bed was put on an aluminum platform. I found it quite easy to accidentally kick it when walking up to the bed. Sounds like a gong going off. Startling. Especially when my wife was asleep

Checked in fairly late, about 1am. Check in process was smooth and didn't take too long. Room seemed quite clean. Each bed has three pillows which I appreciate. After turning the lights off I quickly fell asleep and stayed asleep until my alarm. So the need must have been quite comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

They are renovating-so I had to take that into account. The room wasnt that bad overall but not the cleanest. The smell from the air conditioner burned my nose ( like there was air freshner in it trying to cover up smoke smell) As soon as you walk into tje hotel you can smell smoke. The worker at the front desk was smoking in a little alcove right outside the front desk (she was outside but door was open)... buttom line..you get what you pay for
