The property and room are clean and fairly modern. The staff is friendly and the room is kept clean. We definitely recommend the Knights Inn if you are looking for a good place to rest at a very reasonable rate.

I had a great 2 night stay. Clean and comfortable with a really great staff. The property does show some age but is perfectly acceptable. It is close to the hwy so noise was a bit of a concern but not terrible.

The room was very clean. It was everything my husband and I expected it to be. The staff were very friendly and did a great job on checking us in. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling through or like my husband and I just needing a night with no kids and no noise.

Room was fine for the cost. Piece of ceiling in bathroom looked like it is about to fall down. My hairdryer did not work and after call to office it was promptly replaced. Comfortable bed.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to change from a one bed king to a 2 bed double due to our grandson wanted to stay with us. The room was clean and in order. Our 7 year old grandson called the property "cute". The only complaint is the parking lot is very rough and filled with pot holes. However, for an overnight stay the hotel is quiet, convenient and economical. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Decent hotel

Decent hotel. Clean. New mattresses. I guess they had a bedbug problem a while back. Many places do. The bed was comfy. Shower and everything pretty clean. Free coffee in office in am. No coffee maker in room. Not a big deal. The location seems safe and quiet. Our room was in back facing a corn field, which gave it a nice rural feel. We did not eat in restaurant out front. Over all, a nice place for the money.

Cable TV problem

Knights Inn - Peru - serves my needs well, which is why I choose it. Rates are reasonable, room is clean and the guy at the desk is friendly. The only problem I have is with the cable TV. Some channels are very soft while others are VERY LOUD. The volume needs to be adjusted constantly. This has been a problem since I have been coming here for the past ten years.
