The building and the room was very clean and appeared to be newer. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but I'm picky about my eggs and things, so... Coffee was good and hot.

This is a great place to stay whether you are just overnighting or staying for a few days in the Kokomo area. Very modern and new and in a great location. Loved the kitchen area of the suite setting and especially the larger refrigerator with a freezer area. I’m a diabetic and I travel with insulin and ice packs and need to be able to refreeze the packs overnight. Will stay here again when traveling to Kokomo.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our stay at Home2 Suites Kokomo was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The floors in our room had clearly not been mopped before our arrival. After walking barefoot for only a short time, the bottoms of our feet were black. I wiped the floors with Clorox wipes, and they came back filthy. We wore socks or sandals for the rest of our stay, and even our socks ended up black. Before checkout, we found an apple underneath the air conditioning unit. If the room had been cleaned thoroughly, it should have been found long before we arrived. The housekeeping staff also wasn’t very welcoming. One employee seemed annoyed when we politely asked for clean towels. Another staff member walked the halls with a clipboard and repeatedly stared at me like I didn’t belong there without saying a word. A simple “hello” would have made the interaction much more comfortable. On a positive note, the front desk staff were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent and what you’d expect from a typical hotel breakfast. Overall, the hotel has potential and the location was convenient. Better attention to cleanliness and more welcoming interactions from housekeeping would greatly improve the guest experience.

The staff always seems to be nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because of a few household situations, which were fixed. Couch bedding was thrown into a bag, not folded, making us think it may be old. Not enough bathroom towels for the amount of people staying in the room (was correct on reservation), and the floor was sticky as if dirty mop water was used. Like I said they did fix all it though. Also watch out for the tub, it is VERY slick. I suggested putting down something on the bottom of the tub floor, hopefully they will before somebody falls and gets hurt. Overall a good stay, just a few minor inconveniences.

Will be nice once complete.

This was hard to review as it is a brand new hotel (opened 4 days ago). It needed a few more days to wrap it up perfectly. There was construction debris and dust and a punch list of items in our room and the hotel that needed completed. Breakfast was nice and the fitness center was great. Pool was not open yet. Hilton also has a new system so ai was charged by both Hotels.com and Hilton. Was within 10 minutes of Championship Park.
