The suite was spacious, but not well maintained. The bathroom door did not have a handle, the refrigerator was peeling, the fold out bed would not unfold the whole way and was stained, the TV's were old and the picture was messed up on one, the courtyard was unkept, the laundry area was nasty

The room was not clean very dusty grime all over the walls tv mirrors even the toilet. The room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning unit was sooooo loud when the fan turned it kept me up half the night. As we walked out the door for dinner we seen two ants crawling up the door frame. The mattress was nice and the sheets were clean. The pictures posted online were so misleading. Will not recommend or stay at this location ever again. Will also contact Wyndham w my concerns

There weren’t any towels or soap when we arrived. The towels he was trying to give us had stains on them. The sheets on the bed had yellow stains. There was a ball of hair on the shower drain and the shower head needed cleaned.

it was a good stay overall, no issues enjoyed the rooms the staff was nice and friendly. rooms were clean and the property was nice. could tell they are putting tons of work into it to make it better for their future customers as well as current ones .

The floor was filthy. The toilet seat was loose, but I tightened it myself. The caulk around the bath tub was bad.The second day I came back to the room to find that housekeeping was not done. Went to front desk to ask why,and was told they only do every other day. That is BS.Asked for clean towels and left. The next day I took the used towels to the front desk and got clean ones.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed. The beds had hair in the sheets and had been very uncomfortable.We also found cockroaches. My family will not be staying here again.

I had pneumonia, trouble breathing, needed medical attention. I was ignored and just charged for my over stay instead of anyone helping me. As I was literally gulping for air they made me pay more.

Extremely disappointed, old room smells like smoke, people hanging around the outside. We had our children along didn’t feel safe sleeping there also we didn’t trust the safety and cleanliness of the room, ended up paying for another room at a better place.
