“Amazing place close to Mekong river, the staff 10 points very kind and lovely ”

“Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their...

“The room is large. The bed and bathroom are clean. The staff are very helpful, nice, and professional. We plan to stay there for two night but ended up staying there for one week. Everything is in a walking distance but no body walks in Thailand so Bolt and Grab will cost around $5-$6 round trip.”

“Thanks”

My back generally doesn’t like the extra firm beds common in Thailand, but this one was great. Beautiful pool as well.”

El personal es muy amable, pero no hablan inglés, lo cual dificulta la comunicación y no deja lugar a orientación para el viajero. No aceptan pago con tarjetas. El conductor hizo...

“The bungalows with porches were very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The car service was also helpful, and much appreciated. I liked the property very much. ”

“The hotel is quite old, but the price is reasonable. The staff are very kind, breakfast is provided, and the level of cleanliness is good.”

“We stayed in the dome. Great owners. Very friendly. There are no private hot tubs as Expedia advertises but There was however a claw tub outside. Bring face cloths for showers. Other than that great stay. Yummy breakfast. ”
