Perfectly acceptable hotel with spacious rooms, a quiet location and friendly manager.
A estadia foi excelente. Quarto espaçoso e bem limpo. Havia transfer gratuito para ida e volta ao centro da cidade, pier e hotel. Próximo ao pier para as conexões com as outras ilhas.
I was impressed with how big and nice the room was for the price we payed. We arrived at night so the outside didnt look nice but the room was great!

Large comfortable rooms.
Very large comfortable room but a bit old. Everything worked well. Close to shop and restaurants.
Only negative advertise parking but only for motorbikes. Cars park on streets.

Sehr günstig, daher wenig Grund zu meckern. Eingang des Hotels schwierig zu finden und etwas ungewöhnlich. Steckdosen funktionieren nur mit Wackelkontakt, sehr simples und kleines Badezimmer.
There is no lobby, no driveway, just a clean cheap hotel that is friendly and provides large rooms for a small price. It’s hidden in an alleyway. Lots of local food near by and very convenient if you are going on the ferry.
Sri Samui is located about 400 metres (5 mins walk) south of the pier. It is close to the shops and night markets at the pier.
Reception is down a narrow alley so watch for the hotel sign. If you reach the curtain shop you've gone too far.
The room was very clean, spacious and quite modern looking with a comfy couch as well as a large bed. Everything worked well and the availability of complimentary coffee at reception was a kindly touch.
It was nice to see that the owners had invested in the rooms rather than just a fancy reception area.
The only issue was with communication when I tried to explain my booking because the sole staff person on duty, though very pleasant, could not read Thai or understand English very much. Eventually it was sorted but took a while.
I would thoroughly recommend this as a quiet, conveniently located, nicely laid out, easily accessible place in a safe neighbourhood that offered good value.
This room served it's purpose of giving me a place to sleep, but was creeped out by the locks on exteriors of the bathrooms (I looked in a window of another room, and there was a lock on the outside of it's bathroom as well). The door to my bathroom was also damaged, and the door knob rattled loosely within the makeshift door repair. My only guess is that someone was kept in the bathroom.
It's the ONLY hotel I've stayed in that required a room key card to enable you to exit the building. Hmmmmm..... not very safe, if there's a fire.
I also noticed single story building in back, part of the hotel complex, but not hotel rooms. All the windows had shutters on the outside.
I never heard or saw anything else out of place, but this haunts me, and I can't help but wonder what's gone on here.
It was great stop over hotel before catching the ferry from Nathon Pier. Clean, tidy and 24 hr reception. If Nathon was a nicer town on the island we would have stayed longer.
big room. good for quick stay. very clean and comfortable. 24h check in

Disliked: Room comfort
Bugs!
The room appeared clean, but there were spider webs (and spiders) behind the TV. During the night we encountered bugs in the bed, which when we squashed them, were full of blood (presumably ours!). Not sure if they were bedbugs, as we have never seen those before. There was an off/on noise during the night - some sort of pump, which also kept us awake. Will try somewhere else when we come back.
Small "hidden" hotel with a good price. Everything was excellent (room, service and so on) but quite far from everything. Hotel is situated close to the beach that is not swimmable. It is ok if you don't mind taking pickup truck taxi to places (run during 6am-6pm and cheap) or taxi which is extremely pricy.
Was just what we needed to keep our bags in while going to the Full Moon Party. It was a great decision to stay on Koh Samui and go by boat to Koh Phangan for the FMP.
Excellent budget hotel. I have stayed two times and would go back. Normally I stick to accommodation around 500 baht with good reviews, but I've found no such accommodation in Nathon. So this is a bit more expensive than I am used to and, l guess there for, felt a little bit luxurious to me - like an actual hotel room. If you are used to staying in actual hotels you might not be so impressed but you should find it acceptable for a couple of nights anyway.
The place is clean, the staff is nice and the location in Nathon is good. There's quite a few little restaurants around and the everyday (?) night market is just a short walk along the wonderful wiews of the beach.
The water is super shallow here so there's no swimming, but in September the water is so low that you can walk far out and explore the bottom of the sea.
The first room I was in had a dirty remote and alot of dust and cobweb behind/beside the wardrobe, but everything else has been super clean.
There's only a small sign from the road and you have to walk down a narrow path between houses to find the hotel. I may not look much, but I liked it.
