Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite with cinema and pool. The suite was large with doors that opened onto the swim deck. A kitchen (not that we ever used it). Rooms were spacious with quality fittings. The staff were the most amazing people- always smiling and friendly and went the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. We loved that we were on the quiet side of the island but could very easily get to the tourist hot spots. We would definitely staff here if we come back to Koh Samui. A huge thank you to Lee, Bell, Ross and the other staff - you made our holiday memorable.

This place was by far our favourite hotel of our trip! It was very clean, rooms were fully stocked with everything you need inc the kitchen. Cute little walk to the restaurant which was very clean and the food was excellent!! With many different options. Quick walk to the private beach. We even met the owners who were very friendly and accommodating :) staff were attentive and lovely. We will definitely be back soon!! Thanks Sky Beach

This is a hidden gem. You do have to walk to get to a market but it is within walking distance of two important temples. The staff are incredible and very efficient with everything. The included breakfast was excellent and we actually ordered in most nights we were there and had some of the best food of our month long trip. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel. We had a one bed with private pool and I would go back in a heartbeat - the best of all the hotels we stayed in.

Great apartment and great staff but expensive

Very nice room with great view and very kind staff. A bit far away from the lively part of Samui. Each day you have to choose your breakfast for the next day and it's served on a set time which isn't very convenient.Because of the tides of the sea it's almost impossible to enjoy the beach in front of the accommodation. I recommend to hire a scooter and explore the island and also to have dinner at Sopa (in walking distance from Skye beach). We had a great time but not too sure if I would book again for such a high price per night.....

As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia. My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that. Ten Stars, if you’re looking for luxury accommodation near beaches, markets, shopping and so much more this is the place for you. Friendly, knowledgeable staff at a quiet location

We stayed in a single studio at Skye Beach for about 2 weeks in July of 2023. The rooms and pricing were accurate, with no surprises or hidden fees. The rooms are in great condition and well cared for. We made use of the cool saltwater private pool nearly every day, with the walls providing the privacy we wanted. We tried every complementary breakfast option during our stay and loved them all. Beach access was easy and gave us a perfect vantage to watch the sunset on the clearer evenings. Parking was plentiful and the Ring Road was easy to get to. 7-11 (with a yellow ATM) is a short, 2-block walk to the west. The hardest part of leaving was knowing that we would not get to interact with the amazing hotel staff anymore. The staff was so friendly and helpful, with amazing suggestions about sights, tours, and food.

We were of too a bit of a rough start which is unfortunate at a hotel like this. They corrected the mistake with a complementary pizza and a bottle of bubbles and a handwritten letter from management. Very professionel Pool was beautiful overlooking the Ocean. Nice spacious rooms Breakfast was good, served at their restaurant. Wish we could have more add ons for free in a hotel like this. Coffee was amazing. But you only get one cup unless you pay extra. I really don’t know why I was not blown away by this hotel like Almost everybody Else. Too high expectations maybe because everything was really good. Located in a bit of Remote area. With two Young kids I would probably recomend a hotel closer to the center. Walking distance with a stroller though. Really Nice with a pool just outside the door.

Friendly staff and amazing hotel

Don’t usually write reviews but felt like I had to give this hotel one. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with great customer service. The room we stayed in was the 1 bedroom penthouse with the pool view over the ocean. It was honestly one of the best views you can get as you can catch the sunset if it’s not too cloudy. The customer service was top notch! We even got complimentary champagne bottle on the second day. The staff were all very friendly and supportive. We did have some small issue with the kitchen sink and also got wrong breakfast once but staff were very responsive and solved the issues with no problem. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Overall, highly recommend this hotel! They also offer taxi transfer from and to airport for 500bht/way. If I have to point out one negative point - it’d have to be the location. It’s a bit off central and there are not many cafe or restaurant choices nearby. Hotel does not have any restaurant either. However, it was no issues for us as ordering food via Grab was no problem. The hotel also offer food ordering services too.

LLove Koh Samui

Very nice Hotel positioned on a small section of beach, which was very quiet and enjoyable with paddle boards available for guests, which were great on the still waters. The villa was extremely comfortable with all amenities and the staff were very helpful, with a special mention to Pang on reception. The hotel also has a cafe - "Spoon" a short walk from the main building. The breakfast was freshly made each morning to order, with very generous servings, followed by a fruit platter. Staff at Spoon were also very good. A couple negatives to mention - we stayed in a 1 bedroom pool suite, which was positioned in the main building on the ground floor of a 3 story building. The sound proofing in the room was not very good and unfortunately we were unlucky enough to have a very rowdy family in a unit directly above us, which resulted in being woken up numerous nights - even at 2am and 3:30am on separate nights. The sound traveled as though they were inside our bathroom. We mentioned to reception and they said they would have security keep an ear out for disturbances but we ended up having to buy ear plugs. The only other minor negative is that the Hotel is located away from main areas, so unless you have transport, it costs between 350 to 400 baht each way to travel anywhere, even 1.2km to some local upmarket restaurants - but you can always walk. Local 7/11 and some local family restaurants are near by, as well as Spoon. Overall we loved our stay at Skye - except noise

The room view was just as in the picture- gorgeous. We loved having a private pool. The included breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. It felt like maybe they don’t get a ton of families with kids, and there seemed to be a little confusion given our booking was for five people, including three kids (rather than four people), but it worked out. For Samui itself, we recommend using the Grab app to get around and order in food, as it’s not very walkable between places.

Helpful staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room comfortable and is well equipped. Breakfast had multiple options and is freshly prepared. Transport needed as the hotel is in a quiet location. Wine Passion is a great little wine bar, a two minute walk away.
