This is a lovely hotel, right on the beach with a nice bar, restaurant and pool area. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. The only minor criticism is that the bathroom looked very tired and could do with an upgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at Rummana Boutique. The staff were wonderful, food and location was great. Slightly away from the really busy area in Lamai. Only a 10 minute walk along the beach to get to plenty of restaurants. Great view, pool facilities were beautiful and clean. Highly recommend

The resort has a nice Tahitian vibe to it. The welcome message on the bed was wonderful. What killed it for us were the ants. They were all over the bathroom. On the floor, on the counter. When we had them crawling on us in bed is when we knew this was definitely not our place and left the next day. Buyer beware!!!

Great value for money

This hotel is right at the beach and the bungalows are extremely peaceful in the middle of the "jungle". Pool area is clean, breakfast is good and the overall value for money is excellent.

Wonderful hotel. Really couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff were excellent. La at reception was great. Very helpful. Gave us extra pillows & cushion for the bed as it was a bit hard. Rooms were super clean. 1 minute walk through beautiful grounds to the beach. Restaurant right on the beach. Excellent pool. Lounge chairs & umbrellas. Excellent restaurant. Right on beach. Walk the beach to many good restaurants and places to hang out. Absolutely wonderful place. We are planning another stay for a month. Loved it.

I love the beautiful bed decoration and the area which is quiet. however, there are too many mosquitoes. Got bitten upon check in, when entering the room and during breakfast. I love the beach at the hotel, which is the best in koh samui. I will definitely return, and I love the cats around too

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had in Thailand. The hotel itself is nothing special. The rooms are small and cramped, the bathrooms feel old and outdated, and even the toiletries are extremely cheap. Everything gives the impression that the hotel is constantly trying to save money at the guests’ expense. We booked two rooms, and the second room was for our minor children. Having an additional key so we could enter their room when needed was obviously very important to us. Still, the hotel insisted that only one key card could be issued per room, and that same card also controls the electricity. Apparently, their system does not even allow them to issue a second guest card. Only after we complained repeatedly, involved Expedia and asked to leave the hotel early did they finally give us an additional card — a staff card — because there was no other way for them to provide one. Getting extra towels also felt like a negotiation. One day my daughter really wanted a clementine. We had seen beautiful plates of them around the hotel, so we politely asked housekeeping and the dining room for just one clementine and even offered to pay for it. They refused. It sounds like a small thing, but it perfectly represents the level of hospitality here. The woman at reception was especially unpleasant, dismissive and completely lacking in empathy. When we became so unhappy that both we and Expedia asked the hotel to let us leave early and refund the remaining

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Sie hatte eine tolle Größe und die Bungalowbauweise des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Rummana liegt am Ende von Lamai, was für optimal war. Man ist schnell im Zentrum aber man hat dennoch auch seine Ruhe. Verlässt man die Hotelanlage gibt es einen 7eleven, einen Waschsaloon und viele tolle Restaurants. Wir waren im Juni/Juli dort zu Gast. Ich habe das Rummana ausgesucht, da hier die Gehzeiten des Meeres nicht so stark sind wie in anderen Teilen auf Koh Samui. Es war genau die richtige Wahl :) Das Frühstück war super (frische Früchte, Joghurt, Müsli, Eierspeisen, englisches Frühstück etc.)

Værelset trænger til en opdradering. Overordnet set rent, men der er ikke rengjort i hjørner fx eller bag sengebord, under seng osv. Pool var lille, men ren. Meget sødt personale. Morgenmad var ok til prisen. Savner en altan eller der i det mindste var havemøbler til den lille veranda udenfor. Beliggenhed kunne være bedre, 25 min på hovedvejen for at komme til Lamai gågade.
