Missing this place already, lovely welcome. Fab food. Aloe massage on the white sandy beach 2 mins away after my morning swim. All the busyness of Chaweng at the other end of the lane, include Pride bar or Alpha gay resort a ten minute walk. In the room I couldn’t hear a thing other than the occasional plane. Even liked the retro decor. At £15 a night with an Expedia discount, this was incredible value for money given the location.

Excellent value for money property. Pool was quiet, lovely gardens and clean, sun-beds need cushions to be more comfortable. Limited facilities in rooms but they were adequate and clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Cheap restaurant with good food plus a small shop. This is a very economical resort and you pay for what you get so don’t expect a high end resort at a budget price.

The location is great. Beach,restaurants, nightlife, travel,info..everything within a few minutes walk. Swimming pool on site. Staff are delightful...so friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced. We simply couldn't have enjoyed are stay any more. Even the mosquitoes left us alone.

The staff were polite and friendly. The apartments are in lovely surroundings with exotic plants and nice swimming pool. The apartment was ok but the small wardrobe was useless for more than 1 person..quite a few mosquitoes around but that is un-avoidable ..All in all we will probably return next year

The staff at Rattana house are some of the best I’ve seen. So kind, patient and willing to help with any questions. The location is beautiful with an amazing garden full of colour. Can hear birds in the morning and have a quiet start to your day. The restaurant at the entrance is great for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Excellent, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil location. Fabulous little bar and snack bar open throughout the day and early evening. Wonderful choice of delicious food at very good prices. The owners and staff are exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the taxi on the way to the ferry. Kayee was so helpful in arranging for a taxi courier to drive it back to the port for us. We cannot thank them enough. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded to a premium room by the owner which was such a lovely gesture and showed how well the family look after their guests.
