Upgraded to a villa with prvate pool. ( very nice) Hotel does not have a beach. Expedia photos are incorrect, photos have been photoshop'd by adding a fake beach.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff go above and beyond to welcome you- nothing is any problem and they are all so friendly. The rooms are spotless and the views from the room are fabulous! I would highly recommend a stay at Nora Buri Resort and Spa. I will definitely be back.

I loved this hotel. Left a bit late to book in spa so get in early. Everyone was friendly and ser ice impeccable. Highly Recommend

Stayed here for a week - the resort was quite challenging to get around with a baby and pram etc. The beach pool and restaurant needs some serious TLC and the food served at the restaurant by the beach pool wasn't nice. Breakfast spread is excellent and housekeeping were excellent at keeping bedroom clean etc. Not a bad resort but would need a car/taxi/moped to get around and it isn't a great resort for kids

We had a wonderful stay here. The resort is beautiful and a short taxi ride from the busy Chaweng strip. It was very easy to get into town but we enjoyed the quiet comforts of the resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Would definitely come back here again!

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff who were welcoming and efficient! Our hotel room was up in the mountain and had a stunningly breathtaking view and excellent transportation through the villa. The infinity pools were well kept, beautifully located and had a swim up bar. The location was close to the action. I would highly recommend this location and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Nothing quite compares to having your swimming pool outside your door. The room was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Ocean currents have removed most of the sand on the hotel's small beach. If you want a beach experience, you'll have to travel south to Chaweng or Lamai beach. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great if you can afford the beach side

It’s a great resort if you can afford the beach side. I went through Hotels.com, then decided to upgrade after it was too late. It cost me. I paid more than anyone in my group. But if you’re a couple - the beach side villas with the plunge pool is top notch

Crap - avoid at all costs!

Absolutely pathetic! Don’t think how this hotel got 5 stars rating! Nothing works in the room. Sockets are miles away from the bed! Rooms are outdated and needs a massive revamp! Room is not at all tasty! Only good thing about this place is the staffs. They are courteous, friendly and willing to help! Avoid this place - go elsewhere! You won’t regret it!

Nice resort, poor service

Service leaves you to believe you’re staying at a hostel. Dinner was okay, selection is very poor, bring your own wine… Lunch is a disaster, food comes whenever staff feels like working. Breakfast is okay, coffee selection is good. Pool is dirty and has sediments inside, surprised we didn’t get sick. Gym is actually above standard. Staff is grabbed of the street, tells you lies and wastes your time… Overall, this place leaves you with a bad taste wishing you opted for something else..

The room had a magnificent ocean view, but for a 5-star resort, the breakfast did not offer a wide variety of food. The pool closes at 6 o'clock. It is far from the city centre and does not offer a free shuttle to the city.

This is a wonderful private spot to enjoy your vacation away from the hustle and bustle. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. They have two outdoor pools that you can enjoy swimming with sea view and sunset.
