The bungalows are very old- from peeling paint to rusting toilet paper brackets and shower parts. To a toilet that gets soaking wet with every shower and the humidity keeps towels damp. Hangers are an assortment of re twister materials, no beach chairs. The bed needs to be update, We stayed on the beach front which had a very nice view, And the front porch was delightful for morning coffee. But they put a green wind screen between the bungalow and the beach about 5 feet high, messing with the beautiful view which we paid for. Very poor management. Having to open and close the gate entering the drive was a pain…

The beach front bungalows have a great location step onto the sand 👍 the bungalows are a bit tired with the shower drain smells (cover it with a cloth) the staff are helpful and bar restaurant food is good We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 6👌

I thought it was a wonderful place. I had a great bungalow front of the sea very nice very quiet. Lolita’s nephew makes a great coffee latte and they also have an amazing veggie omelette. No extras but all very good

This property is like no other. Its paradise. We got a bungalo directly on the ocean. Hearing the roar of the surf all day, it's so calming. Got a nice massage on the beach, gentle breeze flowing. The restaurant has great service at affordable prices. I wish i could have stayed longer but will definitely recommend anyone stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at lolita bungalows. The accommodation was simple but suited our needs and ours was directly on the beach (the kids rooms were a row back). There were limited facilities; no sunbeds and no canoes etc to use or hire, but again this didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. The location was goos for us, near Fisherman's village but far enough away to be tranquil with 7/11 and plenty of eateries nearby. The food was good although service was a little slow. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyine looking for a peaceful place to stay with Thai charm

Staff are so helpful and friendly! As a single female I felt safe and taken care of. Beautiful beach, not crowded. Scooter on site for rental, lovely little restaurant on site and 2 min walk to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms. Loved my stay so much I stayed for 10 extra days. I will be back and would recommend this to friends and family!!

Beautiful location on beach - great location for bars good night market etc . Not far from fisherman’s village etc 10-15 drive . We was not allocated the villa room as chosen and paid for on app, after some negotiation owner refunded some money, this was not a highlight of our stay. Photos and room description need updating on Expedia and booking.con are incorrect and misleading as the villa room we booked has been repurposed and no longer available .

Good for the price in peak season! Friendly helpful staff. House is pretty spacious, clean (cleaned everyday) and comfortable with working AC. Above average WiFi. Small improvements could be made like providing soap, water boiler, and more comfortable bedding (no duvet, just a sheet and blanket is provided). Also it a bit confusing to find the place because there’s a warning sign and a closed gate that says ”private no entry”. No hotel sign. The area is not very exciting but a few nice cafes and restaurants exist within walking distance. Scooter is recommended.

This property was in a great location on Maenam beach We had a deluxe room literally facing the beach and the grounds were super cute. The bungalow is dated but everything was functional and there wasn't really a need for anything ultra modern since the wood decor was more charming! The only thing that would have made out stay better was a coffee maker or hot water kettle for instant coffee. The cafe/reception bungalow was a huge plus. Friendly staff and great coffee and meal options. The downsides were all the trash that had washed up. It got a little better each day during out stay so it could have been from the storms the week before. Additionally, our room would occasionally smell of sewage - guessing it came through the bathroom drain. Overall, we would stay there again. The price for the beach front property couldn't be beat.

Location is great, that’s it.

The property and location are great! However, the place and staff need work. We arrived only to find out that the room we booked was being used and were offered a different room. When asked why since they had our reservation months and months ago, no real answer, just here’s another room and since this one had air conditioning, pay more! We promptly said no, it’s your fault you over booked and now we are forced to move rooms after one night. We didn’t pay more and when we went into the bungalow, the owner turned off the air conditioning! We asked why and were told that since we were not going to pay for it, the power is off. Again, we said you are inconveniencing us so no, turn it on. They did after 2 times asking. The next day we had all bags packed and said when our room was ready, please move the bags into our actual room as we were not going to wait around. When we arrived back, our bags were not in the room and we had to try to find the owner to find our bags!!! They were locked the the first room and they could not find the key. After 35 minutes, the key was finally located and we had to move the bags ourselves. Not cool! The new room had a broken fan so they had to get us fans, both old and dirty and with only 2 outlets, we had to chose between fan, fridge, or charging our phones. We asked twice for a multi-plug extension cord and finally got it. Lastly, the bathroom smelt like suave so the poured strong chemicals down the drain. The place needs work for sure.

We had an ocean view room. Hotel was a little old, but still a nice place to stay. Handy having scooter rental on site, but they are not maintained. Had to take ours in for repair. Hotel did reimburse us. Beach could of been kept cleaner. It was a bit too costly for what you get.

Wir hatten einen Deluxe Front Beach Bungalow und die Lage am Strand und der Blick aufs Meer waren einmalig. Die Bungalows sind einfach aber sauber eingerichtet. Checkin und Checkout verliefen schnell und problemlos. Die Besitzer können wenig englisch, trotzdem hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, auch Taxi zum Flughafen wurde für uns bestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
