Elephant club was a lovely place to stay! The room was spotless. The staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. We had booked for three days and ended up staying eight because it was such a lovely experience. The pool guys were exceptional and took very good care of us! The front desk, woman, Ganda was very helpful and helped us with a seamless extension. The fire show was very good. It happens every night and there are additional events happening as well. Some of them were later than we wanted to stay up, but it looked like fun was had by all! We will definitely return to this little gem by the sea.

Check in was easy but I had to wait for the room to be ready. The resort is a beachfront hotel. However, the rooms has no views of the beach at all. My room has no window. It was just the balcony. And, I I got a room at the very first end and it’s a major walkway that’s why I couldn’t really open my curtains. The room was clean but showing it’s age. Other than that, I liked the ambiance at night. Food and drinks were great. The staff were great.

Amazing stay! - We loved every minute of our stay at Elephant Beach Club & Resort, the only regret we had is we didn't stay longer! - The location was right on the strip, but not noisy at all! The staff were very friendly, and cared about all their guests, the food and drink options were brilliant. The views and the access to the beach was a bonus, it was incredible and I cannot wait to come back!

The hotel was in an excellent location. The rooms were clean and modern. Staff would clean them daily and give you fresh towels. The pool although it wasn’t large, was well kept and cleaned. The biggest compliment about this hotel was how attentive the staff were. Nothing was too much for them and they were always on hand for any queries. We had relatives with us in another room who had mobility issues. The staff helped with non-slip mats around the bathroom and other needs. The lock wasn’t working correctly on our door and a member of staff was there within a minute to look at it! The bar staff were superb and for breakfast they would offer alternatives if there was something you didn’t want on the menu. Extra tea, coffee or juice were also offered and they even gave us breakfast to take to the room, due to a family member not being mobile enough to make it to breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious and there wasn’t anything I had that I didn’t enjoy. Planes would fly directly overhead between 7am and about 10pm but this would be the same for all the hotels on Chaweng beach, so this isn’t a hotel issue, but something to be weary of if you wanted total quiet! We can’t wait to return here in the future, ขอบคุณมาก!

Generally a good resort with clean rooms and Amazing staff (where not in Thailand!) , however what isn’t emphasized enough is the fact that it’s a beach club meaning that there is a disco beat on from 2pm until 2am. The weekends are even worse when music. Is loud until 3 am! To make things worse the neighbors are also making a lot of noise and it feels like there are trying to outdo eachother! So if you want peace and quietness this is not the place for you! There is also a fire show on every night from 730 pm until 2330 pm (!) and beside the fact that after seeing it once you know the show, you will also smell of petrol all night
