Staff good Housekeeping good It is not a bad place and I might even go back. But I will definitely do a broader search next time to see if I can find a place a little more up the luxury scale. I did visit the Kimpton, W, and Vana Belle. I have to say I think all factors considered, this Centara is equal or better. And all other those are at higher price points. I reckon they exceed the Centara in some aspects, but overall, I stand by my opinion

The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.

Loved the Centara Reserve- loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but a walk away or tuk tuk drive away. The resort was so green, and well looked after. Breakfast was yum- so much variety, was fresh and healthy. The rooms were stunning- clean and well maintained. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the refill mini bar and the surprise of the day. Only complaint would be that there is one lift at the whole resort- lots of stairs. Staff were beautiful- nothing was too difficult I can’t wait to return there in the future.
