Rooms good Gym good Spa decent / good Pools so-so Beach good Big grassy area Between hotel and beach good Noise factor so-so Dining mediocre Breakfast crowded / noisy / hot. Staff good Housekeeping good It is not a bad place and I might even go back. But I will definitely do a broader search next time to see if I can find a place a little more up the luxury scale. I did visit the Kimpton, W, and Vana Belle. I have to say I think all factors considered, this Centara is equal or better. And all other those are at higher price points. I reckon they exceed the Centara in some aspects, but overall, I stand by my opinion

The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.

From the moment we arrived at Centara Reserve Samui, we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive staff. From the reception, we were personally guided around the property and introduced to all the facilities – the level of care truly made a difference. Our entire stay was pure luxury. Every single day, the food was outstanding – delicious, beautifully prepared, and with so much variety. The surroundings were stunning, peaceful, and the beach was absolutely the best on the entire island – crystal clear water, soft sand, and a perfect atmosphere. Everything was spot on – the service, the quality, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend it enough. If you’re considering Koh Samui, this place is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

Best hotel in Ko Samui

The staff were amazing, the resort itself was immaculate and I don't think you can find better on the island. Hands down, best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. You don't know what good service looks like until you stay a few days at this hotel.
