Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto spolverare dentro l’armadio e altre superfici Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare le lenzuola ( sporche e strappate) Asciugamani sporchi e strappati ( cambiati)… il tutto per evitare preventivante anche sovrapprezzi bene in vista. Dopo 3 notti non andava più il climatizzatore. Ho dovuto impormi per fare arrivare il tecnico. Purtroppo ho dovuto essere risoluto anche con il personale delle pulizie in quanto, approssimativo, per nulla professionale e con atteggiamento presuntuoso. Dopo aver reclamato i miei diritti con educazione ma decisione, l’atteggiamento è migliorato leggermente. Insomma la gentilezza riscontrata in decine e decine di persone in questo bellissimo Paese, non è di casa in questa struttura. Difficoltà di comunicazione per la scarsa conoscenza dell’ inglesee poco personale a gestire questa struttura. Posizione buona, vicino ci sono molti locali dove fare colazione e cenare. Mai fatta una recensione così. Purtroppo c’è sempre una prima volta.
