Allerdings nur mit Einschränkung für zu dritt zu empfehlen, da es vom Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten eher für 2 Erwachsene geeignet ist. Aber immerhin moderner als das Family Studio, wobei ein Smart-TV wie im Studio schön gewesen wäre.

We had a really lovely stay at 4U Resort in Lamai. We booked the Family Triple and lucked out with a fantastic location close to the restaurant, pool, and beach. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for a couple staying a full week without feeling cramped. One thing to note: there’s a wide variety of room types here. Some are in a motel-style building, while others are superior sea-view rooms. Definitely pay attention when booking so you get the setup you want. The pool isn’t massive, but on a hot Koh Samui afternoon, it feels exactly the right size. The private beach is the real star, though. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and the Gulf of Thailand water is unbelievably warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you mean to swim for five minutes and end up floating for an hour. The on-site restaurant was solid, though a bit pricier than nearby spots. Breakfast isn’t included, which would have been nice, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Having massage services right on site was a huge plus, and prices were very competitive compared to the local shops. Overall, this is a great beachfront option in a quieter part of Lamai. You’re close to plenty of restaurants, and just a short cab ride from busier areas and the night market if you want more action. 10/10, would happily claim a sunbed and lose track of time all over again.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit top Lage direkt am Strand, fast am Ende des Lamai-Strandes°dadurch angenehm ruhig. Liegen und Handtücher sind inklusive. Ich bin in den letzten Jahren öfter durch die schöne Gartenanlage gelaufen,leider war das Resort meist ausgebucht.Dieses Mal hatte ich Glück und konnte mehrere Monate im Voraus ein Standard-Doppelzimmer für 10 Nächte zu einem sehr guten Preis buchen. Zimmer: Groß und sauber,sehr bequemes Bett und gute Ausstattung (TV, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Föhn, tägliches Wasser, Kaffee, Safe, Balkon). Minuspunkt: Die Klimaanlage pustet direkt auf das Bett und ist besonders nachts schwer angenehm zu regulieren. Eine seitliche Anbringung wäre für Gäste deutlich besser. Das Badezimmer wird durch die Position der Dusche komplett nass. Das hatte ich bisher in meinen zahlreichen Hotel- und Resortaufenthalten (1–5 Sterne) noch nie.Durch die Öffnung oberhalb der Tür trocknet es bei der Wärme zwar schnell, ist aber gerade bei Doppelnutzung des Zimmers z. B. bei Toilettengängen etwas unangenehm. Housekeeping: Bettwäsche wird alle drei Tage gewechselt, Handtücher nach Bedarf. Es gibt sogar kleine Handtücher,was ich positiv finde.Seife,Duschgel und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Personal freundlich. Restaurant: Essen schmeckt gut, der Service war bei mir leider etwas unaufmerksam•Bestellungen und Rechnungen dauerten teilweise oder wurden vergessen, sodass ich gelegentlich vorne bezahlen musste. Trotz kleiner Schwächen sehr empfehlenswert. Ich komme nächstes Jahr..

Les + : Chambre spacieuses Plage sympas Salle de douche correct mais pas de bac donc un peu particulière car on arrose tout en même temps. Petite piscine mais suffisante puisque la plage est juste à côté. Café de l'hôtel et personnel tres sympas. Les - : Hotel un peu exentré des endroits dynamiques : marchés boutiques et comme les taxis profitent de la situation on paye des prix excessifs pour des petites distances. Frühstück war lecker und für uns ausreichend, für den großen Hunger und herzhaftliebende jedoch eher weniger geeignet. Der Strand und die Liegen waren wunderschön, wir haben in der Nebensaison immer Liegen bekommen. Hotelanlage war sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Uns hat gut gefallen, dass wir täglich frische Handtücher und Wasser bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet. Vom Hotel aus konnten wir gut unterschiedliche Regionen Koh Samuis erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar.

Posizione direttamente sul mare piacevole, con ristorante, bar e piscina direttamente sulla spiaggia ma al di fuori della struttura poco o nulla, le zone turistiche distano minimo 15 minuti in auto. Colazione non è al buffet ma alla carta con 4 tipi di opzioni più la frutta. Pulizia abbastanza approssimativa, con molte mosche e zanzare specialmente fuori dalla camera. Bagno e materasso molto scomodi. Considerate che è un 3 stelle non certo di più.

Die Unterkunft war okay, man bekommt was man zahlt. Die Reinigungskräfte haben mal mehr, mal weniger Ehrgeiz beim Reinigen der Zimmer gezeigt. Außerdem muss man aufpassen, was man beim Verlassen der Zimmer liegen lässt, seien es Zigaretten oder gar Nachtwäsche die den Zimmermädchen gut gefallen könnten. Beim vorsichtigen nachfragen wo die verloren gegangenen sein könnte haben sie nur damit geantwortet, dass sowas nicht passiert wäre. Zack zwei Minuten später lag alles wieder im Zimmer.
