Spa was nice. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel. They need to communicate better with clients. Some bills are not explained. We got breakfast tickets when checked in, but they billed automatically with our credit card. Maybe because we booked with hotels.com Route Inn always includes breakfast with the booking. It maybe the fault info by Hotels. com?

本館の入浴施設で、シャワーに不具合があり、なかなか止まらない場所があった。 入浴移動用にバッグがある。とわざわざデスクの上に紙が置いてあるのに、実際にはバッグがなかった。 以前は湯船が掛け流しだったのか、異物が浮いていなかったが、今回は、お湯を循環しているだけで湯量をあまり足していないのか、異物の浮きが目立った。 宿泊料金が手頃なのは助かるが、年々　質が落ちてきている感じがした。 別館の方なら、良質なのか‥

日中休んでいると隣の部屋の清掃の方がはっきり言わせていただくとうるさいです。ドアにはりつけてても何の役にもたたないのがわかりました。 お仕事が大変なのはわかりますが、隣のお部屋を見てからお話された方がいいかと思います。 今回はお金出して宿泊してたのに迷惑と感じました。最悪な宿泊でした。

２日間ホテルライフは快適に過ごせました。 かけ布団が少しだけ重たくて宿泊した２日間が暑い日だったため少し寝苦しい感じでした。 普段の生活が無臭派なので、部屋に入った時の消臭剤の臭い(私にとっては匂いではないです)にクラクラし、速攻で空気清浄機を強で稼働させました。 もう少し香料の少ない消臭剤を探して使用してほしいと思います。 髪の毛が長いのでシャワーキャップが欲しかったのですが、部屋にも男性用大浴場にも 用意されていませんでした。 せめてフロントで希望者に配布してほしいのと、その案内が欲しいです。 大浴場と無料駐車場、スタバの無料コーヒーは今まで利用したホテルの中で一番のうれしいサービスです。 次回も古河方面のホテルはぜひこちらでと決めています。 ありがとうございました。
