This is a good, economical hotel. It is 1 km away from Kawaguchiko station, very close to local bus stop. The hotel is very clean. The hotel appears older, but it is in good condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, The hotel has 2 Breakfast sections, one European and one Japanese, but no toaster or grill for breads, but sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but limited enough just to fill up. Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients.

This hotel is amazing, really friendly staff! I forgot my backpack on the bus to the hotel and the front desk helped me to call the bus company and was able to find it! They also have free shuttles to the outlet, Mishima train station and local stations for free!

Really great and easy to get to. I really appreciated having the free hotel shuttle from one Toyoko-inn to the other in the surrounding area. This made the transition within my budget and super easy. Staff was very kind and spoke English. The facilities was very big and super clean. My room was perfect for a solo traveller. Thank you.

This was a good hotel for me and my family. Location was good and they had a free shuttle back to the center of town and bus station. I really appreciated the washing machines and that the front desk staff spoke passable English. I really don't like the self check in machines the hotels use in Japan and this hotel was no exception. I can't speak to the breakfast since we left too early in the morning to enjoy it. Overall it was a good stay and very affordable, especially since I needed 4 rooms.

Staying in Kawaguchiko was one of my favorite parts of Japan. I had two clear sunny days with great views of Mt. Fuji. The lake was beautiful. Tokyo Inn was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
