The location is really good, close to the mall and restaurants, we booked for the room on the top floor to see the Mt.Fuji which is exactly what it shows on the pictures. Unfortunately the weather is not so good, too cloudy so that we’re not able to see it.

It is in perfect location with an amazing close view of Mount Fuji. Staff are very helpful. Has perfect amenities (except for good pillows. Suggest to check the pillow and ask for more or replacement in time). The location and amenities made our stay very comfortable.

I booked mountain view and the room did not disappoint! It was beautiful. However, I am giving 4 stars reviews as the staff weren't enthusiastic to help and the coffee machine is only available from 3pm. It would be helpful to get coffee in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room felt spacious and very clean. I will say however it is a 20 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station so if you have a lot of luggage like I did (2 Large Suitcases and a Backpacking bag) I'd recommend using a Taxi or their luggage services to avoid carrying all your luggage around. The staff was very polite and very helpful :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from our room—it was truly unforgettable. The hotel also offers a Japanese-style public bath, which was a relaxing and authentic experience after a long day.
