Good room, nice 1/2 tub. One small pillow and one half a small pillow on bed. Asked for more, no issue. Cubicle style bathroom, large step up to enter it, did smell musty. Way out from downtown , like 25 mins to train station.

An amazing hotel and well worth paying for a mountain view, Fujisan was on full display. Friendly staff and great location. Recommend checking out Fujisan Pancake for breakfast, excellent!

The location is really good, close to the mall and restaurants, we booked for the room on the top floor to see the Mt.Fuji which is exactly what it shows on the pictures. Unfortunately the weather is not so good, too cloudy so that we’re not able to see it.

Had an amazing stay at The Noborisaka Hotel. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is great for exploring the Mt Fuji area and everything felt very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was decent for its price. The public bath was good and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The only down side was its distance from the Kawaguchiko station. Still, you can take a taxi to get there easily (it costs roughly 1000 yen).

Room originally felt a bit small but was fine once we rearrange some furniture to fit our luggage. We fit comfortably on the bed but if you are of a bigger build/tall then you may overhang. The view from the room is brilliant with Mt Fuji in the middle. There is also a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby so it was very convenient. Unfortunately didn't get to try the public bath as we were too tired.

Fantastic Fuji view from the room! Which is all that I wanted. Good standard hotel, some 15min from the train station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. But not in the midst of the more touristy area around the Kawaguchiko station. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very happy with my short stay.

It is in perfect location with an amazing close view of Mount Fuji. Staff are very helpful. Has perfect amenities (except for good pillows. Suggest to check the pillow and ask for more or replacement in time). The location and amenities made our stay very comfortable.
