I really enjoyed my stay here. My room felt spacious and very clean. I will say however it is a 20 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station so if you have a lot of luggage like I did (2 Large Suitcases and a Backpacking bag) I'd recommend using a Taxi or their luggage services to avoid carrying all your luggage around. The staff was very polite and very helpful :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from our room—it was truly unforgettable. The hotel also offers a Japanese-style public bath, which was a relaxing and authentic experience after a long day. The hotel is clean, but the staff left me hanging, they turned the heater on, which was nice, but no way to override that for your room. When I called the staff for cooler temperature setting, they told me no option is available. I sweat through the entire night and could t sleep. The front desk was nice enough, the manager Hussain instead of helping said I was the only one to conplain instead of helping me. I guess you get what you pay for at this place, but his attitude was not helpful. The hotel front desk team was friendly.

While this hotel was a fair trek from the bus station (about 20 minutes) it was just what we wanted. Our view of Fuji was amazing. The staff was also very nice and brought up our bags while we’re were out touristing. The restaurant attached next door was delicious!! And there was another great restaurant a few doors down that offered hoto noodles. The hotel also had an onsen with a cold pool and massage chairs, which was amazing. I would stay here again.
