The public onsen was very accommodating. The outdoor tub was one of my favorites especially with the perfect view of Mt Fuji. This is a resort which I was unaware of and kinda wished I stayed another night. Getting around is limited however. Taxis and buses are not too common.

The facilities are top‑notch, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, from the guest room to the shared areas, everything was spotless and well cared for. The service rendered by the staff was excellent: warm, attentive, and professional, which made our anniversary celebration feel even more special. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Mount Fuji, which is truly breathtaking and well worth mentioning. Waking up to such a magnificent view made our stay unforgettable.
