I had a wonderful stay at La Vista Hotel. It’s a beautifully designed hotel with a unique character that really stands out. The public onsen was very accommodating. The outdoor tub was one of my favorites especially with the perfect view of Mt Fuji. This is a resort which I was unaware of and kinda wished I stayed another night. Getting around is limited however. Taxis and buses are not too common.

My wife and I stayed at La Vista Fuji Kawaguchiko to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an absolutely memorable experience. The facilities are top‑notch, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, from the guest room to the shared areas, everything was spotless and well cared for. The service rendered by the staff was excellent: warm, attentive, and professional, which made our anniversary celebration feel even more special. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Mount Fuji, which is truly breathtaking and well worth mentioning. Waking up to such a magnificent view made our stay unforgettable. Our stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also provide pajamas/loungewear, which were extremely comfortable and a nice extra touch. We loved having a balcony with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, especially in the morning and at sunset. The onsen and public baths were relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the private onsens as well. The location was peaceful and quiet, with gorgeous scenery all around. I highly recommend taking advantage of the hotel shuttle service to get to and from Kawaguchiko Station, as getting Ubers was more difficult than not, especially for a larger group. The nearest FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are about a mile away, so the breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding to your stay. There was a wide variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, this was the best stay of all the places we visited in Japan. We would definitely stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko again.
