The property is superb. My family would definitely stay here again if we were to come to fuji again. The house is more than complete. Amenities are super complete or should i say more than we needed. I would rate this is house 200/100. Love the fact that the owner Mr Seiji himself greated us during check in. Speaks fluent English and explained everything about the house in detailed during our arrival. Highly recommend this place!

美景、熱情、全家歡樂

原本擔心這是一個評價少的新公寓， 因此與從原先預定的兩晚改成一晚，多花三倍的價錢入住一個渡假小屋。在隔日入住時，全家都後悔了，恨不得早一天來或是多待一天。老闆Seiji是位非常細心有禮的年輕人，英文超流利，在我們入住前一週即與我們聯絡，考量我們會到富士急遊樂園遊玩，他等我們七點如住。沒想到我們6點40到的時候，他已經在那邊等我們了，他看到我們到超市買了不少火鍋料理，還主動拿出電磁爐與大鍋具，超窩心的!Seiji先生告知我們他也算是半個台灣人，因為他的女朋友來自台灣，也因隔日並沒有預約房客，他要我們待到我們高興為止，不需12點前退房。房間除了超大外，還有極為貼心的設備與備物，包含了超高級舒適的床組、三套衛浴、洗烘衣機、60吋大電視、藍芽喇叭外，更附有四隻把手的Wii供遊玩，讓我們的三個孩子以為是來到了天堂，死拉活拖才肯離開。就在我們捨不得地驅車返往東京後，才意外發現我的護照竟遺失，再聯絡Seiji先生後，他馬上驅車到旅館幫我們親自尋找。他半小時內回覆我說他在沙發下尋獲，並立馬衝到火車站，用宅急便以最快速的方式，在隔日的中午時即送達，令我感動到快流淚! 這次的經驗，讓我領教了日本文化的軟實力與他們對服務的堅持。 若還有機會再來富士山渡假我一定好無憂鬱的選擇Coco住上一個禮拜享受日本的休憩生活。
