Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. We had to ask for a couple of extra mats and the staff was very helpful and understanding. Its about a 30 min walk to town where we rented E Bikes (Cash only for those) which was great for getting around for the day.7-11 is a 5min walk up the road where we could buy plenty of snacks. A few good places to eat not too far of a walk away. The resort also shuttled us back to the train station upon check out. Overall it was very nice.

Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown.
