A great experience in Kofu

A great place to stay. Staffs are helpful and friendly. There are hot springs and complementary snack and food after onsen. A must go if you consider to stay near Kofu

Convenient location and great customer service. The washing machine and dryer was conveniently located next to the onsen. Yes, the onsen located in the hotel was great to soak in after a long day. Thank you for a wonderful time.

ポットでお湯を沸かそうとしたら底の方がカビてて使うのをやめた。 各部屋の洗面台にも乳液などを置いて欲しい。 朝食は種類も豊富で味もとてもおいしかった。 チェックインを端末でやるのはいいが住所入力などめんどくさい。それなら予約の時点で、スマホで入力できた方が楽。

ダブルベットのシングル利用のお部屋に宿泊しました。お部屋は綺麗で、ゆったり過ごせました。また、トイレとシャワーブースのユニットでしたが、お部屋の中に洗面台があったので、顔を洗う時など洗面台が広く使えて良かったです。

お盆期間中で団体客が居たにも関わらず静かで快適に過ごせました。 23時前ギリギリでしたが夜鳴きラーメンも食べることができました。 大浴場の脱衣所も綺麗。 隔階に設置されている電子レンジや氷水サービス、部屋の全身鏡がありがたい。 部屋入り口から部屋を扉で挟んでいる安心感。 普通のビジホより+αサービスを求めている際には、次回もぜひ利用したいと思った。
