全てにおいて「ちょっとしたことだけどこうしたらお客さんが便利なんじゃないか、喜ぶんじゃないか」というマインドを感じます。（バスタオルを干せるバーなどのハード面から従業員の皆さんの当事者意識の高さまで） 絶対にうちに泊まったお客さんを元気にして送り出すぞ！という気概すら感じさせるドーミーインさんは素晴らしいです。 楽しみなご当地朝食メニューはほうとうと甲州ワインビーフで作ったホロホロシチュー、鳥モツでした。どれも美味しかったのですが、特にシチューが絶品でした！

タクシーを手配してもらいロビーでずっと待っていた。一般的には正面玄関前に、到着すると思い、待っていたが来ないためフロントスタッフに確認すると「裏で待っています」と言われ慌てて行くと運転手も私を探していた。裏に着くのが当たり前だと知らない人もいる事に配慮して欲しかった。それ以外は良かったので、残念。
