It was a good stay. The property was clean and staff helpful. Parking was rather difficult. While it is advertised as a 5 star hotel, it is more like a 4 star business hotel.

Worst hotel ever! It's not a five star. Lobby looks nice but rooms are dirty, damp and smelly. It does not look like the pictures. And the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. I regret staying here and would not recommend it.

Decent place, but need some upgrading and refreshment. Room was good. Fitness center was not very good, no AC, some equipment not working. Bar and restaurant was decent. Overall service was good.

Good Rooms but can be better at breakfast

Rooms were excellent and the overall service was good. Buffet breakfast was below par and they did not have stock of eggs during breakfast time which is not a good excuse. The restaurant service was below average but front desk was effecient.
