Hotel is nice with somewhat large rooms for Japan. Not much dinning options within walking distance of the hotel. It was a VIP access hotel but did not receive any benefits.

Excellent hotel with lovely rooms and great views. The breakfast was also good. The location was a little out of town but close enough. However the sauna spa bath has been closed since January but this information was NOT on the English website for the hotel. This was very disappointing as it was one of the features I chose this hotel.

古いわりに、清潔でした。朝食も美味しい。難を言えば、バスにボディソープとシャンプー兼用の液体ソープはあるもののコンディショナーがなかった。因みに来年2023年3月末、閉館だそうです。

宿に夜遅く着いた（21時半頃）のもあるだろうが、もともと喫煙室だったのを禁煙室に替えただけで特典の¥500チケットをバーターにされ、更に、部屋のアップグレードは無かった。それでもまるで、「部屋を替えてあげる」ぐらいの恩着せがましい物言い。更に、部屋にはリンスがなかったがチェックイン時には何の説明もなかった。部屋の掲示ではエコを理由にしていたが、買いに出る手間を考えたら、チェックイン時に一言あるべきだろう。部屋の調度品等はシックにまとまっていたが、ベッドサイドテーブルの脇は恰も昨日配線工事をやったかのように床のカーペットが開けられて配線が剥き出し。日航の名を冠するホテルも落ちたものだと感じた。朝食は今からだが、昨晩での以上の経緯から勘案して、あまり期待しない。

良かった点はコロナ対策が行き届き室内は非常に清潔で飲み物のサービスも行き届いていた残念だったのは、立体駐車場が古い為、クラウンクラスで幅に余裕が無く駐車が難しかった
