My stay at Guesthouse Lululu was lovely! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in over the phone, and parking was easy once I contacted to property to reserve a spot. If I return to Kochi, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

小さな家を借りているような造りと設備のため、合宿感があってグループ旅行や大人数での宿泊には最適だと思います。 また、ドアのキーロックが番号入力式なので、鍵紛失の心配やグループで別々に帰る際の手間がなく良かったです。 気になった点としては、3階のお部屋は日差しが入り快適に過ごせましたが、1階の部屋は日当たりが良いとは言えず、独特なカビ臭が漂っており少し気になりました。 また、敷地内に自販機はありますが、最寄りのコンビニは徒歩10分以上かかるので、予め注意が必要かと思います。 夜に飲みに出る場合は、居酒屋等市内中心地までは結構距離があるため、タクシー移動がおすすめです。

この度は家族旅行で利用させていただきました。 ゲストハウスに宿泊するのは初めてでしたが、広々としており4人で泊まるには充分すぎるくらいでした。 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごさせていただきました。 子ども達は2段ベッドが嬉しかったらしく、大はしゃぎでした。 立地もよく、イオンモールやひろめ市場も近かったので便利でした。 また高知に旅行する際は利用させていただきたいです。

大人2子供2人で十分快適でした トイレの鍵がかけにくくて子供達はかけずに入っていたので、一度入っている時に間違えて開けていました💦 ダイニングテーブルの上のライトがなかったので少し暗かったです 食事をするには暗いと思いました 部屋の鍵は無くす心配もなく、操作も簡単でよかったです。

大人2人子ども2人で2泊しました。 事前にメールでの簡単な案内もありましたし、現地到着後も笑顔で対応してくれてスタッフさんの感じはよかったです。Wi-Fi接続後、インターネットに未接続の状態となり、部屋でYouTubeが見れないと息子たちががっかりしてましたが、そちらの対応もしっかりしてくれて2日目は部屋でYouTubeも見れてご機嫌でした。 駐車場が少ないようで2泊目は他のお客さんのが早く予約していた関係でコインパーキングに駐めることになりました。コインパーキングのが駐車料が安く結果オーライでした。 駅まで徒歩20分でちょっと歩くには遠いのでタクシーを利用しましした。そこまで手間ではないものの往復のタクシー代が2000円弱でしたので、ケチな私としては少しもったいないと感じました。

GW2泊しましたが、騒音もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 高知駅周辺まで徒歩20分で行けたので、バスやタクシーを利用せずコスパも良かったです。 掃除道具も一通り揃っており、連泊には助かりました。 2段ベッドの揺れが大きかったので、もう少し頑丈な脚組だといいなと感じました。 価格帯、オーナーの対応も良かったのでまた機会があれば利用します(^ ^)

気になる浴室

清潔さ、広さ、快適さは平均以上ですが、唯一の不満が浴室でした、狭くて汚れているような黒ずみで湯船に浸かる気が起こりませんでした。新しくシャワー室だけにすれば良いのにと思い普通にしました。あと、浴室の換気扇の音がうるさかった。

家族6人に昨日に宿泊しました。初めて宿泊しました。まず、駐車場が近くてわかりやすくて良かったです。そして、高知観光に、程よく近くて、良かったです。子供2人は、二段ベットに大興奮でした。一通りそろっていて、清潔で、デジタルロックで安全で、良かったです。高知県には、なかなか来れませんが、次回も、泊まりたいと思います。
