Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!
