Very friendly and pleasant family run hotel, close to station. Breakfast was traditional and delicious. Location slightly industrial but what do you expect next to the station! Thoroughly recommend.

Great property close to the train station. About a block away from restaurants, etc. the hotel Help is very friendly. The woman doing the servicing for breakfast is very personable. The only thing with the breakfast is that I wish there was a fish option such as smoked salmon, etc. otherwise excellent day

Expedia sells it as a family room with queen sofabed. On the website the family room has a queen sofabed or a french sofabed. Our 13 year old child slept on the floor. The french sofabed was a poor quality and to small and short.

Dieses kleine, familiengeführte Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen. Auf alle Fragen und Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wenn wir nochmals in Koblenz sind, auf jeden Fall in diesem Hotel.

Leider funktionierte der Aufzug mal wieder nicht (scheint wohl Dauerzustand zu sein), was für uns mit 2 Babys und Kleinkind und Zimmer im 3. Stock eine kleine Katastrophe war. Der Ersatzaufzug war nur in den „Zwischengeschossen“über 10 Stufen verfügbar und war zudem so klein, dass noch nicht mal ein Kinderwagen reinpasste. Das Familienzimmer war geräumig- ein Babybett kostet jedoch 15€ Aufpreis. Zudem roch es im ganzen Hotel nach kaltem Rauch. Das Frühstück war ein typisches kontinentales 3*-Frühstück und in Ordnung. Lage super zentral zur Altstadt. Für den Preis bekommt man sicherlich etwas besseres und konfortableres Hotel.

The Top Hotel Krämer was the perfect place to stay between Frankfurt and Nürburgring. Parking was easy just down the street. Family room had nice set up with washroom between two sections. Staff was polite and efficient. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent hotel!

Lovely hotel with a great location in Koblenz. Quiet street but close to shops, restaurants and the train. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and a perfect start to the day.

A 4-star hotel (despite rating). Pulls out all the stops to upscale from lovely little entrance with red velvet ropes to well-designed rooms and elegant breakfast room and personal service. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. A real gem.

familiäres Hotel mit schön renoviertem Zimmer

Wir hatten ein 'Comfort Doppelzimmer' - ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Top renoviert, tolles Bad. Einzig für die Kaffeemaschine (Tschibo Pad System) stellten wir uns entweder zu doof an, oder sie funktionierte einfach nicht ... Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt, es gab alles was man so erwartete - keine (positive oder negative) Überraschung. Parken mussten wir ca. 50m entfernt auf einem externen Parkplatz unter einer Brücke. Die Kosten dafür empfanden wir als relativ teuer. Einziger kritikpunkt: das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalt (abends bis morgens) nicht und der Umgang mit dieser Information am nächsten Morgen hätte etwas netter sein können. Ansonsten ein positives Fazit: schönes, familiäres Hotel, etwas abseits des Stadtzentrums (gut 10min zu Laufen) dafür nah am Bahnhof.

Very helpful staff.

Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience.

One of my favorite hotels ever! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, including the beds - I sleep badly at most hotels but slept peacefully here. Bathrooms also five star. The staff was very helpful and sorted out a reservation issue (my fault) with no hassles. Nice location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. Plus there is a bus station right outside and the hpf (trains) are a block away. Amazing value for the price.
