Location is good for access to the city and the train. It is loud due to being next to a highway and train station but I didn’t mind this. Be prepared for a short walk to reach anywhere.

Late Check-in went not smooth because the check-in machine couldn’t find my booking, but after calling the staff helped us very quick. Our room was close to the high way which made it a bit noisy. Apart from that really nice and clean hotel.

Everything was good. We have traveled extensively throughout the UK and parts of Europe and this is the first time there has been no Coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Had the room over the main entrance. People were going in and out until late at night and slammed the door every single time. Also the street in front of the hotel is very busy. The carpet was quite dirty, especially in the corners and the remote control definitely needed a good clean.

Property inside and out looked tiered and needs maintenance. Beds were very comfortable but rooms could have been cleaner and bathroom tiles need grout and some maintenance. Breakfast was good.

A bit dirty. Location is ok, about a 20min walk to the city centre. Space for parking. Receptionist was helpful. The room says cleaners don’t come in till after 12 noon, but a cleaner knocked and came in to the room at 8:30am, so make sure you put your do not disturb sign on if you would like to sleep in.

On a budget. Not afraid of walking in pedestrian tunnels to get to Old town. Don't mind major roads are crisscrossing nearby. This is a place for you. My bad is your lesson

So, die Unterkunft ist verkehrstechnisch am Stadtrand von Koblenz sehr gut gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist einfach und ein Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel ohne Probleme möglich! Die Innenstadt und das „Deutsche Eck“ ist mit einem kleinen Fußweg schnell zu erreichen. Familienzimmer im 3OG nicht zu empfehlen, direkt an der Hauptstraße und dementsprechend viel zu laut. Zum Glück haben wir durch den freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang ein Ersatz-Familienzimmer im EG bekommen… vielen Dank! Würde bei einem Besuch in Koblenz wieder hier buchen. PS: Für alle Canyon-Besucher - bester Ausgangspunkt!:) Sehr kurze Autoanfahrt.

Room was very small, but beds were comfortable and our teenage daughters loved the bunk beds. We appreciated the air conditioning! Quiet building so slept well. On the down side…Bathroom smelled musty. We also paid for a parking space but there was no room to park when we returned from eating supper so we were forced to find parking on the street. It was ok for one night but wouldn’t want to stay longer.
