The staff is so nice for arranging the check in and making the room. The hotel also provide all daily amenities for the guests, eg. All the shampoo, hair conditioner, bath jel, skin care, charger etc. The bed has 2 pillows which are very comfortable for the guests. They also have water machines on every floor providing hot and cold water. Also, washing machine and dryer. At last, it is nearby the train station and there are lots of restaurants, convenient stores and shops near by.

The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable. It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!

Clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows! However, it is tiny - basically a thin strip of floor on two sides of the bed ( other two sides are the walls). Could only open my carry on on the need. Big suitcase was a struggle to open - we had to move off the bed to get it open and even to put it down closed was very tight. Otherwise, good location for walkability, and extremely comfortable bedding; clean.
