Staffs were very friendly and helpful. My friend lost her wallet and they helped us contact the police even though it was close to midnight. The hotel in overall was shiny clean and in walking distance from almost all famous tourist attractions in Kobe city, the closest being the China Town. Totally recommend!

阪神元町駅の西口改札を出て徒歩1分で着きます。途中にセブンイレブンもあるので便利です。ユニットバスは少し狭いですが、周辺のホテルと比べて安かったので値段相応だと思います。部屋の掃除も行き届いており、ウェルカムコーヒーがあるのも一息つくにはいいです。

イベントのため5人で利用しました。朝食などや、フロントの対応などは満足でしたが、部屋の壁に埃の糸がくっついていたり、カーペットは隅に埃が溜まっていたり、ゴミが落ちていたり、風呂に髪の毛が落ちていたりと、清潔感は全くありませんでした。残念です。
