This hotel is great! Location was really great too! Close to the train station, shopping areas, Chinatown, and dining areas. My only complaint is the air conditioning which needs to be upgraded to a newer model. The AC was not consistent of blowing cool air which I find it inconvenient. It will operate with blowing cool air and there at times it would not. There were no instructions how to operate it in English. Other than that everything was good!

Good location

My stay has two nights. My room has a single bed, the bed refresh me every night. The hotel has the coin laundry. There are a couple of a washing machine and a drying machine. Those are cleaned up. Every night, I could use them. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a drip coffee machine, it’s free for hotel guests. I could reach Kobe port that has many sight-seeing spots from the hotel with about 15 minutes walking. More over, the hotel is really near by Motomachi shopping street, so, I could find food shops, cloth shops, you name it.

バス停が目の前だったり、地下鉄海岸線の駅の出口に隣接していたり、大丸(デパート)が目の前だったり、非常に便利でした。 清掃不要のサインを出しておくと、バスタオルとタオルとバスマットの新しいものを、ドアノブにかけておいてくれることには感動しました。 朝食が、手頃な値段で、十分な品数を食べられ、助かりました。

禁煙ルームなのに、タバコ臭がしていた。1階エントランスロビーに喫煙ブースがある。空調を通して部屋の中にタバコ臭が入ってくるのか？解らないが、とにかくタバコくさかった。安い価格でなければ泊まらないと思う。
